I called Precision expecting to schedule an appointment for next week, but they arrived at our home within an hour. Wow. Mike got right to work and fixed our problem. I was very impressed with their service and will definitely use Precision again if we have another issue with our garage doors. Very satisfied.

Fernando did a great job and found my hinges on the door were cracking and he switched them. I have used Precision for a number of years and have always been resourceful and very good.

Precision installed a new garage door and opener motor in February 2024 and came out to check on an issue I was having. The technician --I believe Fernando--examined everything and found all in good working order. The issue might have been caused by debris I had subsequently removed that may have triggered the safety mechanism. Excellent experience in both transactions with Precision and I am so glad to have discovered the firm through its high ratings.

Called around noon and was provided an appointment that day. Technician arrived as was projected and diagnosed the problem then gave us several options to choose from for repairs from most economical to most expensive allowing us to decide and call back when we had done so. Problem and solution(s) were thoroughly and clearly explained as well as an explanation that if we chose them to do the repair we chose, they would not be charging us another fee to return. Thank you, Mike G.!!! Will definitely be calling them (him) to come back for the repair!!!

Tech Michael Glenn adjusted a garage door that wasn't engaging properly and replaced the 22-year-old springs in both doors that were no longer holding their tension properly. He was friendly and professional and explained everything well.
