Our old\noisy garage door opener finally stopped working. Called Precision Doors for servicing and they sent a tech (Frankie) out that afternoon. He thoroughly inspected all mechanical aspects of the garage door and opener and presented a very reasonable estimate for a new belt drive opener and door repair with no pressure to upsell the service. He was on-time and finished within a few hours. Excellent service, thanks Frankie!

I called on a Friday and someone arrived within 2 hours to install my garage door opener. Lorenzo Herrera was my technician and when he arrived he made some suggestions and quoted me a price to upgrade my old garage door system. I would easily give Lorenzo 5/5 stars for customer service, professionalism, and kindness. He is meticulous and did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener and upgrading my old system. He even took the time to help me understand how to use the myQ app on my phone. I would highly recommend Lorenzo for any job. Great experience! I had an appointment the day after I called. I received a call from Tony letting me know he was on his way and he arrived within the expected timeframe. Tony had my problem figured out quickly and gave me repair options. He leveled the torsion tube, replaced the torsion springs, replaced the bearings/rollers, installed a new opener in an hour and 45 min. Tony was professional and quick. Thank you!

My garage door would not open. I contacted another company and they couldn’t come out for two to three days. I searched on Google for a local company and the Precision Garage Door ad stated “same day service”. They live up to their claim. Frankie showed up within 2 hours of me calling them. I chose Precision Garage Door by chance off the Internet. I called them at about 9:30 AM on Tuesday, and was told a technician would be at my home between noon and 2 PM. Lorenzo arrived a bit before noon. After an inspection, he showed me that the cables were fraying and the bearings were not operating smoothly. He replaced the springs, cables, pulleys, bearings and all rollers and lubed all hinges by about 1 PM. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and very efficient. A huge thumbs up for PGD!

Work performed on my garage door was done very professionally by Lorenzo. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing and was also very pleasant to deal with. I wanted a new strip installed on the bottom of the door to prevent bugs/spiders coming in as much as possible and after seeing that the main springs, which were getting old and were rusty, decided to have new ones put in. The door opens beautifully now and is super quiet. All in all I am very happy with the service and quality of the workmanship I received. Thank you!
