Had to replace an 18 year old opener and I’m glad I choose precision. Tyler was delightful to work with. He patiently explained everything ( several times-I’m a senior lady). I’m thrilled with the options I now have-exterior keypad, push button in my car, vacation lock. And it’s so quiet!!

Great experience. Got exactly what we wanted without sales pressure. Gary even looked for ways to save us money! Install went well, had one small issue with the wrong hardware showing up, but Gary fixed it ASAP with no hassle! Would definitely use them again!

The whole experience of purchasing new garage doors from start to finish was Excellent!!! From getting an estimate with Lorenzo to working with Gary Lang on ordering exactly the design & style we were happy with. Next came the scheduling for installation with Karen who was the most pleasantest person to talk on the phone with. The installation was done by Mario H and Pat, these two gentlemen were very professional and pleasant individuals that did an awesome job installing my doors. After the installation was completed an emailed invoice along with before and after pictures. Very cool!!! Thank You Precision you folks are Awesome!!! :) :) :)

Easily the best service experience we’ve had in ABQ. When the spring went out on our garage door we thought about replacing anything from just the spring to the whole door, and called Precision for an in-person estimate. Gary was prompt and personable for our consultation, describing our (many!) repair and purchase options with no pressure. Ultimately we decided to replace everything but the door itself. He was able to do the work right then, surprisingly quickly, and he even threw in some new weather stripping at no extra charge. Before leaving he made sure we were both present, to walk us through the safety features and operation of our new opener, remotes and keypad. We're very happy with the replacement, and would recommend Precision to anyone!

We are Louis & Diana Castro and our garage door had broken on a Friday. We had used Precision Garage before so we called and asked if they could come and look and repair our garage door. It was the weekend so we didn't expect to get anyone to fix our garage door, but to our surprise Precision Garage said they would send someone that afternoon. Surprisingly, Lorenzo Herrera showed up that afternoon and gave us an estimate and scheduled a new door and opener for Monday. Mario Herrera and his co-worker arrived at said appointment time and installed a new door and door opener. Both were very professional and thorough and explained and showed us how to use the new system and if we had problems, to call the office. We highly recommend Precision Door to all our family and friends. Thank you, Lou and Diana

Pleased with service. Gary had done some work for us about 5 years ago so came back for seasonal checkup and door seal. Tyler arrived right on time, provided a few options, and finished the work quickly. He was also able to answer questions about potential future work regarding spring replacement and insulating the garage doors.

Lorenzo Herrera was the tech that worked on the garage door. He was courteous, friendly and knew what he was doing. A very hard worker! Actually, he had been here once before and I remembered what a good guy he was. He explained exactly what he was doing and I appreciated his honesty when he explained and showed me the problems with my 35 year old garage door and garage door opener so I decided to get a new door and opener. Thank you, Lorenzo!

Garage doors are something you expect to work and take for granted- until it doesn't work. Mice chewed through the electrical wire connecting one of the door sensors. When that happened the garage door opener wouldn't work. Precision provided a very competent young man who fixed the problem and put things right. And, this happened the same day I called.

I called late afternoon to schedule an appointment to have a broken spring replaced and was pleasantly surprised to be scheduled the very next day. Ten minutes prior to my appointment window, I received a text from the service tech saying he would be there on time. The text was more than that. It included a brief personal bio and a photo. I thought that was a great idea! Lorenzo Herrera showed up and promptly did the work. He had come out before and it was a pleasure talking with him. Not only was he professional and efficient, he was very friendly in our conversation. I don't often meet people of his genuine nature, so I consider it a blessing when I do. All this reflects highly on Precision Garage Door of Albuquerque & Santa Fe! Thank you so much for your quality service!! God bless, Don Kirkham

I want to say thank you to Lorenzo and Precision for assisting me yesterday in the installation of a new garage door opener. This is the 3rd time I've used precision and the second time with Lorenzo. He is an asset to your organization who is very professional and personable. It was a stressful day since our garage door remote was stolen from my vehicle and safety of my home was first and foremost on my mind. You had Lorenzo out there within less then 2 hours from the time I called. I received a text message when he was just about to my house as well as a phone call. Receiving personal information about our technician in the text is extremely reassuring. When he looked at our 12 + year old opener, he gave us options on how to proceed and in the end, we opted to go new with a system in which we are very satisfied. Lorenzo broke down the work and walked me through the receipt. He showed us how to use the new opener before he left and made sure we were satisfied. Precision is extremely professional from the moment you call to the moment your tech leaves. Its one of the most professional services I use. I will gladly recommend Precision to anyone in need of service.

We couldn't figure out how to program the garage door opener at our new house. I called Precision and they came that afternoon and programmed the opener and the openers in our cars. They called to let us know the time Tyler would arrive and sent a photo and brief bio. Tyler was great--prompt, professional, competent, and polite.
