Easily the best service experience we’ve had in ABQ. When the spring went out on our garage door we thought about replacing anything from just the spring to the whole door, and called Precision for an in-person estimate. Gary was prompt and personable for our consultation, describing our (many!) repair and purchase options with no pressure. Ultimately we decided to replace everything but the door itself. He was able to do the work right then, surprisingly quickly, and he even threw in some new weather stripping at no extra charge. Before leaving he made sure we were both present, to walk us through the safety features and operation of our new opener, remotes and keypad. We're very happy with the replacement, and would recommend Precision to anyone!

We are Louis & Diana Castro and our garage door had broken on a Friday. We had used Precision Garage before so we called and asked if they could come and look and repair our garage door. It was the weekend so we didn't expect to get anyone to fix our garage door, but to our surprise Precision Garage said they would send someone that afternoon. Surprisingly, Lorenzo Herrera showed up that afternoon and gave us an estimate and scheduled a new door and opener for Monday. Mario Herrera and his co-worker arrived at said appointment time and installed a new door and door opener. Both were very professional and thorough and explained and showed us how to use the new system and if we had problems, to call the office. We highly recommend Precision Door to all our family and friends. Thank you, Lou and Diana

Lorenzo Herrera was the tech that worked on the garage door. He was courteous, friendly and knew what he was doing. A very hard worker! Actually, he had been here once before and I remembered what a good guy he was. He explained exactly what he was doing and I appreciated his honesty when he explained and showed me the problems with my 35 year old garage door and garage door opener so I decided to get a new door and opener. Garage doors are something you expect to work and take for granted- until it doesn't work. Mice chewed through the electrical wire connecting one of the door sensors. When that happened the garage door opener wouldn't work. Precision provided a very competent young man who fixed the problem and put things right. And, this happened the same day I called.

I called late afternoon to schedule an appointment to have a broken spring replaced and was pleasantly surprised to be scheduled the very next day. Ten minutes prior to my appointment window, I received a text from the service tech saying he would be there on time. The text was more than that. It included a brief personal bio and a photo. I thought that was a great idea! Lorenzo Herrera showed up and promptly did the work. He had come out before and it was a pleasure talking with him. Not only was he professional and efficient, he was very friendly in our conversation. I don't often meet people of his genuine nature, so I consider it a blessing when I do. I want to say thank you to Lorenzo and Precision for assisting me yesterday in the installation of a new garage door opener. This is the 3rd time I've used precision and the second time with Lorenzo. He is an asset to your organization who is very professional and personable. It was a stressful day since our garage door remote was stolen from my vehicle and safety of my home was first and foremost on my mind. You had Lorenzo out there within less then 2 hours from the time I called. I received a text message when he was just about to my house as well as a phone call. Receiving personal information about our technician in the text is extremely reassuring. When he looked at our 12 + year old opener, he gave us options on how to proceed and in the end, we opted to go new with a system in which we are very satisfied. Lorenzo broke down the work and walked me through the receipt. He showed us how to use the new opener before he left and made sure we were satisfied. Precision is extremely professional from the moment you call to the moment your tech leaves. Its one of the most professional services I use. We couldn't figure out how to program the garage door opener at our new house. I called Precision and they came that afternoon and programmed the opener and the openers in our cars. They called to let us know the time Tyler would arrive and sent a photo and brief bio. Tyler was great--prompt, professional, competent, and polite.

Matt Papas did a great job. My system is an older one with vertical extension springs. Matt was able use his stock springs, added S hooks and installed them. The door opener was applying excessive force and he reasoned that it would be better to have the door be heaver to the system and put in lighter springs. The door appears to be working much better overall. Well done!

Called Precision for door repair because they installed the door 2 years ago and I was very happy with their service. I appreciate that they provide info re: the technician they are sending and that the tech calls when they are on their way. The garage door operator needed to be reset after the power to the house had been out for a few hours. Tyler was good to listen to my description of the issue and quickly had the issue solved. He also did a full inspection and tune up. When finished he reviewed his findings and the steps he took to insure that the door is functions optimally. The door is now running as quietly and smoothly as when it was new. I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision. Very prompt, professional and efficient. Thank You!
