My installer, Jeff Peres was the consummate professional. He answered all my questions calmly and worked diligently to install my replacement opener. The fact that he did a complete review of all pieces that were deficient and then discussed the associated prices eased my concerns. I would definitely recommend PDS to my friends and associates. Tyler was very prompt and professional. He explained what was wrong with my garage door opener and what he was going to do to fix it. I went ahead and purchased a new unit for install which he completed in about an hour. He demonstrated the new units operation and tuned up my door and rollers. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Precision to anyone who needed repairs of new garage door needs.

Called to schedule an appointment to have my existing garage door opener checked out. They sent Jeff out same day. He discovered that it needed to be replaced. He carries the units on his truck and was able to install it immediately. Fast worker, very pleasant and respectful. They are also going to replace a door panel for me. It does have to be ordered (special size) but that is ok. I would recommend this company anytime.

I can't say enough good things about Precision and specifically Tony A., the installer who retrofitted one broken garage door opening mechanism and replaced two old door openers at our house. Tony is a caring, conscientious professional, who ensured the job was done right, and to our satisfaction. He is a credit to Precision and to himself. Thank you Precision, and Tony!

You answered my call early Monday 7:00? You had me scheduled for 10am to Noon...very impressive. Matt was there at 9:45 and done at 10:30. New springs, new rollers, all lubricated. System tested worked great and Matt was off to the next job! I am very impressed with Matt, your company, and will let my neighbors know about you!

I recently moved to ABQ. The spring on my garage door broke last night and I was able to call and get an appointment right away. I was given a window for an appointment between 12 and 2 and the tech showed up right away. He explained everything that needed to be done, even replaced the old rollers on the door. Great friendly service and my door is working again, even better than before.

Service was prompt and helpful, not only adjusting my door to work effectively again, but pointing out the true cause of the problem--a tree root beginning to push up the slab in the garage (!) I had Precision upgrade the motor and drive on my door about 6 years ago, and have never regretted it.

We were told between a certain time, Tyler was there, very efficient, cordial and friendly. We don't all know what is what that is why we call for service. He showed us what to do next time and was very patient with us. Asked what else he could do for us. Shook our hands with "Have a good day. Call us anytime."

Gary was able to come the very next morning from the time I called him and he showed up when he said he would. Although he's a man of few words, he fixed my door problem in a timely fashion. I am pleased with the job he did and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again if I have problems with any of my other units. :)

Fast Service: Two hours after my call to Precision Door, Matt was at our place to replace my failed door opener. Matt soon had the old equipment removed and installed the new opener, rail, and wall controls. This master craftsman tested and tuned the entire door system, even leaving little pigtails on the bit of extra wire on the safety beams and connections at the motor/operator. He patiently explained how to program and use the new gear. A job well done by this very competent Tech.

I will always be a customer of Precision, because they always come when they say they will, they are professional and friendly, do an amazing job and make sure I am satisfied at the end. Lorenzo and Tony are just plain wonderful. My garage door is practically silent now, and they saved me a bunch by noticing things that would eventually have gone very wrong.
