I am totally impressed with Precision service. Made a call in the morning had an appointment that afternoon... On a Saturday! Tyler was very good at going over all the work details with me before and after the service call. He explained the total amount of all the charges with me as well. There was on part that he needed to complete the job. Instead of him having to stop work to go and get it. Another service tech delivered it to him. I am so impressed, that I would recommend Precision door to anyone. BTW.. having new weather stripping seals that I can now replace on my own. Big plus in my book... Thanks Precision and thanks Tyler for doing such a good job. Gary Lang, that young man is a keeper..!

Precision Door was very thorough, conscientious, and professional. The work was done in a timely fashion with a polite technician. It took about an hour of the Tech's time. I would have given this review 5 stars but I felt the price of close to $500.00 for two springs on a garage door was excessive. The two Springs were $170 a piece (very reasonable) and then there were up charges like $59.00 to even go out to the property and review it, and then another $49 to make sure the nuts and bolts were tight on the unit. Am I just not in touch? What do you think?

Your company replaced my garage door springs when one of them broke several years ago. You did outstanding work so naturally you were the first company I would contact. Your technician was thorough in his troubleshooting and quickly found a defective drive gear. This gentleman was friendly and a pleasure to be in my house. It's been our bad luck that every system and appliance in our house seems to break right before the chaos of the Thanksgiving holiday. This year, it was our garage door springs on a Friday night. Tyler from Precision was there the very next day at 9:30 a.m. to replace the springs. He also identified another broken component and came back at 3:30 p.m. with a replacement part. He was professional, punctual, pleasant and efficient. I also really liked the text message Precision sent me to confirm my appointment. It included Tyler's picture. Great service.

I was very pleased with the work done by Precision. I called around 9 am for service and the work was completed around 12:30 pm the same day. Lightning fast! I had door rollers replaced and a new door opener installed. Can't believe how quiet it is. Tony, the serviceman was polite and neat about his work including cleaning up all the packaging and old equipment. He also made sure that I had the app installed on my phone and knew how to use it. I would definitely recommend this company.

Wow! My garage spring broke and I called first thing in the morning. Someone came out at noon (he was actually early!) and it was totally fixed by two and I was on my way. They called and sent a text ahead of time, with the tech's information and picture which I thought was very professional. I highly recommend!!

While the durability of the spring set that came with the originally installed door was less than wonderful, the service experience from Precision was exemplary. Their tech arrived early in the 8-10am cycle and sent a photo along with a bio to ensure he was bonafide. The repair solution, while it seemed pricey, was worth it, including a lifetime warranty. In and out in less than an hour. Good job!
