I went ahead and purchased a new unit for install which he completed in about an hour. He demonstrated the new units operation and tuned up my door and rollers. Called to schedule an appointment to have my existing garage door opener checked out. They sent Jeff out same day. He discovered that it needed to be replaced. He carries the units on his truck and was able to install it immediately. Fast worker, very pleasant and respectful. They are also going to replace a door panel for me. It does have to be ordered (special size) but that is ok. I would recommend this company anytime.

I recently moved to ABQ. The spring on my garage door broke last night and I was able to call and get an appointment right away. I was given a window for an appointment between 12 and 2 and the tech showed up right away. He explained everything that needed to be done, even replaced the old rollers on the door. Great friendly service and my door is working again, even better than before.

We were told between a certain time, Tyler was there, very efficient, cordial and friendly. We don't all know what is what that is why we call for service. Fast Service: Two hours after my call to Precision Door, Matt was at our place to replace my failed door opener. Matt soon had the old equipment removed and installed the new opener, rail, and wall controls. This master craftsman tested and tuned the entire door system, even leaving little pigtails on the bit of extra wire on the safety beams and connections at the motor/operator. He patiently explained how to program and use the new gear. A job well done by this very competent Tech.

The vinyl seal on one side of garage door was replaced also had lube and tune up on the door. Very satisfied with the work and quick response. Would like to commend Tyler, he was a very nice and polite young man. Will use Precision Door again.
