Fast Service: Two hours after my call to Precision Door, Matt was at our place to replace my failed door opener. Matt soon had the old equipment removed and installed the new opener, rail, and wall controls. This master craftsman tested and tuned the entire door system, even leaving little pigtails on the bit of extra wire on the safety beams and connections at the motor/operator. He patiently explained how to program and use the new gear. A job well done by this very competent Tech.

The whole experience of purchasing new garage doors from start to finish was Excellent!!! From getting an estimate with Lorenzo to working with Gary Lang on ordering exactly the design & style we were happy with. Next came the scheduling for installation with Karen who was the most pleasantest person to talk on the phone with. The installation was done by Mario H and Pat, these two gentlemen were very professional and pleasant individuals that did an awesome job installing my doors. Easily the best service experience we’ve had in ABQ. When the spring went out on our garage door we thought about replacing anything from just the spring to the whole door, and called Precision for an in-person estimate. Gary was prompt and personable for our consultation, describing our (many!) repair and purchase options with no pressure. Ultimately we decided to replace everything but the door itself. He was able to do the work right then, surprisingly quickly, and he even threw in some new weather stripping at no extra charge. Before leaving he made sure we were both present, to walk us through the safety features and operation of our new opener, remotes and keypad. We're very happy with the replacement, and would recommend Precision to anyone!

We are Louis & Diana Castro and our garage door had broken on a Friday. We had used Precision Garage before so we called and asked if they could come and look and repair our garage door. It was the weekend so we didn't expect to get anyone to fix our garage door, but to our surprise Precision Garage said they would send someone that afternoon. Surprisingly, Lorenzo Herrera showed up that afternoon and gave us an estimate and scheduled a new door and opener for Monday. Mario Herrera and his co-worker arrived at said appointment time and installed a new door and door opener. Both were very professional and thorough and explained and showed us how to use the new system and if we had problems, to call the office. Garage doors are something you expect to work and take for granted- until it doesn't work. Mice chewed through the electrical wire connecting one of the door sensors. When that happened the garage door opener wouldn't work. Precision provided a very competent young man who fixed the problem and put things right. And, this happened the same day I called.

I want to say thank you to Lorenzo and Precision for assisting me yesterday in the installation of a new garage door opener. This is the 3rd time I've used precision and the second time with Lorenzo. He is an asset to your organization who is very professional and personable. It was a stressful day since our garage door remote was stolen from my vehicle and safety of my home was first and foremost on my mind. You had Lorenzo out there within less then 2 hours from the time I called. I received a text message when he was just about to my house as well as a phone call. Receiving personal information about our technician in the text is extremely reassuring. When he looked at our 12 + year old opener, he gave us options on how to proceed and in the end, we opted to go new with a system in which we are very satisfied.
