It's been our bad luck that every system and appliance in our house seems to break right before the chaos of the Thanksgiving holiday. This year, it was our garage door springs on a Friday night. Tyler from Precision was there the very next day at 9:30 a.m. to replace the springs. He also identified another broken component and came back at 3:30 p.m. with a replacement part. He was professional, punctual, pleasant and efficient. I also really liked the text message Precision sent me to confirm my appointment. It included Tyler's picture. Great service.

I was very pleased with the work done by Precision. I called around 9 am for service and the work was completed around 12:30 pm the same day. Lightning fast! I had door rollers replaced and a new door opener installed. Can't believe how quiet it is. Tony, the serviceman was polite and neat about his work including cleaning up all the packaging and old equipment. He also made sure that I had the app installed on my phone and knew how to use it. I would definitely recommend this company.

Wow! My garage spring broke and I called first thing in the morning. Someone came out at noon (he was actually early!) and it was totally fixed by two and I was on my way. While the durability of the spring set that came with the originally installed door was less than wonderful, the service experience from Precision was exemplary. Their tech arrived early in the 8-10am cycle and sent a photo along with a bio to ensure he was bonafide. The repair solution, while it seemed pricey, was worth it, including a lifetime warranty. In and out in less than an hour. Good job!

I went ahead and purchased a new unit for install which he completed in about an hour. He demonstrated the new units operation and tuned up my door and rollers. Called to schedule an appointment to have my existing garage door opener checked out. They sent Jeff out same day. He discovered that it needed to be replaced. He carries the units on his truck and was able to install it immediately. Fast worker, very pleasant and respectful. They are also going to replace a door panel for me. It does have to be ordered (special size) but that is ok. I would recommend this company anytime.

I recently moved to ABQ. The spring on my garage door broke last night and I was able to call and get an appointment right away. I was given a window for an appointment between 12 and 2 and the tech showed up right away. He explained everything that needed to be done, even replaced the old rollers on the door. Great friendly service and my door is working again, even better than before.
