Tyler provided excellent communication prior to repairing our garage door. He took his time in inspecting our door and afterwards explaining the necessary repairs. Now the garage door works better than it ever has. Tyler clearly takes pride in his work and is a good representative for your company.

My garage door failed to open and it had made a loud noise. I called Overhead Garage "Precision" Door Service and they came out within the hour. In about 2 hours later I had a repaired, working garage door again. Great service and very timely. Thank You

Gilbert Sebastian was timely, courteous, efficient, and highly professional. Because I trusted his judgment, I even splurged on some garage door improvements, although he did not pressure me to do so. It's surprising how much a working garage door matters to the functioning of our household, so we were grateful for Gilbert's help - and over a weekend, no less!

Heard your ad for Precision GarageDoor on KOB AA 77. In less than 24 hours I am now enjoying a new Lyft system. Gilbert arrived early and installed my new garage door operator in less than two hours. I am enjoying how quiet the door is and how thorough and professional Gilbert has been. Very impressed and appreciate the prompt attention to my broken system. Thank you...Sandra

Tony Acker did a great job of inspecting my existing garage door opener and presented several options available to repair and refurbish it. I opted for a new motor. He made all the necessary repairs, installed the new garage door opener, and synched the opener to the bluetooth opener in my car in less than two hours. Couldn't be happier! Thanks, Tony.

Based on a great experience with Precision at previous house we asked them to come to see our current doors which we expected to replace. Kevin felt the doors were fine but recommended repairs to springs, rollers and new openers. Still a big expense but I appreciated there was no up-sell. He was very personable and helpful and got the work done professionally then and there in about 3 hours. Two problems. Dirty fingerprints were left on everything! The doors still had more snap crackle pop than I would have hoped but I have to admit they are 12 year old doors and tracks. But I think a little more attention to adjustments might have helped.

Not happy repair guy showed up I opened my garage he heard the squeaking and said it was from the rollers and we would need to replace them that was the only way to stop the squeaking. The garage door did not squeak before the first repair man Cory was here last Friday he said everything was good no issues. To have it to start squeaking two days later. Door is still squeaking and I am not replacing the rollers when they are still in good work order

Corey Gentz of your company recently installed insulation in two of our neighbors' garage doors. They were not only very pleased with the results, but also with the work done by Corey. As a result, we contacted your company.; Corey just completed insulating our door today; Did a terrific job, not only in installing the insulation, but also in "tuning up" our door which had been running rough and quite rough. Our thanks to Precision and Corey, a personable, thorough and very competent individual!

Really appreciated the same day service, since the door was jammed and could not be opened by hand. Jeff came on time and wearing a face mask and did everything, including payment with no contact--which at this time is also really appreciated. He converted the old-fashioned springs and pulleys to a torsion bar spring in a really neat, clean, expert installation. Very pleased with the result.

We are totally happy with our install of a new garage door and opener. We got ourselves in a pickle with our 38 year old garage door and got our cars locked in the garage. We called Precision and Tony Acker came out the same day. We were able to get a new install scheduled within days. On the day of install, Mario and Kevin came out at 8:30 and were finished by 10:30. Tony, Mario and Kevin were fast, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Our opener stopped working this morning. I called Precision and they were able to come out within 2 hours. Corey was efficient and knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and gave us various options to resolve our issue. We ended up buying a new garage door opener which he installed quickly. He also greased the various moving parts. Our door opens so quietly now! Thanks for the great service.

I own a Precision garage door opener and believe it to be outstanding in every measure. So when my home builder's bulk-buy door failed (again), I could not resist the impulse to go all in with Precision brand components. The door opener was always remarkably quiet, but now paired with a quality door and components, things are now next-level silent. Looks great and just one smooth operation.
