I own a Precision garage door opener and believe it to be outstanding in every measure. So when my home builder's bulk-buy door failed (again), I could not resist the impulse to go all in with Precision brand components. The door opener was always remarkably quiet, but now paired with a quality door and components, things are now next-level silent. Looks great and just one smooth operation.

the service was professional, the employee was well informed of the problem, fixed it quickly and tested the repair a few times making sure it worked. The repair was setting the codes, the door opened but when it shut, it came right back up. would not stay closed. I'm very happy with the visit except I thought the price was a little high for what was wrong. But we needed to have it fixed. thank you and great job the Tech did.

Tyler installed insulation and weather strip on my west facing double garage door. The product is locally made. Sections of insulation were fitted to each segment of the door and new weather strip all around. He also adjusted springs, lubricated the door and adjusted the door fit to eliminate gaps. The work was prompt, clean, efficient and reasonably priced. Precision door was very easy to work with. Fast estimate and work. Thank you.

Tony did an excellent job. He was professional and a cool dude. I had sent Precision a email on a Saturday and was called that night and PDC set up an appointment for the next day. When Tony arrived I was expecting just a quote but he did the install that day which was a bonus. An hour and a half install and he was able to install a door opener I had already bought another bonus. Anyone I know that has a garage door/opener problem I'm going to refer Precision. Thanks.

Great customer service from Jeff and Kevin! The whole process was pretty smooth and fast. I called to setup an appointment and Jeff showed up the next day on time and he recommended a replacement garage door. A couple of days later Kevin and Jeff showed up on time again and installed the door. I'm pretty happy with the result and the service. Definitely recommended!
