I got my new garage door opener a little over a year ago. One evening when I closed the door from the switch, the door went down but then came right back up and did it several times. Fortunately I could close it as far down as about an inch from the ground so no one could get in. The next morning, I called Precision to get it looked at. They got the same gentleman that installed the door at my house by 9:00 a.m. and he quickly re-programmed the door and all was well. There was no charge. Fast, courteous service.

I am very satisfied with the work that was done. A counter weight spring broke around 12:30pm. I called Precision and they were able to send someone out the same afternoon. The Technician that came out (Lorenzo) was very knowledgeable and friendly. My door is 30 years old and it was in need of some TLC. Lorenzo replaced the broken spring and also replaced all the roller bearings and some other worn out parts. He had all the work completed in about 90 mins. I did spend more than I was planning on but it needed it. I use my garage door as the "front" door. I go in and out through it several times a day so it gets a lot of use. It's working better now than it ever has I would say. I would highly recommend Precision.

The service provider, Chris, was professional, thorough and customer centric. He uncovered a problem of which I was unaware, a part had fallen out, and it's mate was about to fail. He explained the part's function and why it was important to the garage door. He also tightened the springs associated with the garage door which would make it lighter to lift if it became necessary to lift it manually.
