This company is stellar. Not only did Lorenzo show up on time as scheduled. He went right to work, had my new garage door opener up in the estimated time, and cleaned up everything he'd brought into the garage. And can I just also add that I'm thrilled with my QUIET new belt-driven opener? Thanks for being such professionals at what you do!

One of our garage door lift springs had broken, making it impossible for the opener to lift the door. The installer arrived promptly, explained the problem and our options clearly, and replaced the parts efficiently. An excellent experience.

Special thanks to Ryan Gray for your service today. Precision Door products are great value. Precision Door team always gives me purchasing/repair options and recommendations from - $0 nothing needed now, to $XX wise to repair now, and $XXX worth considering as an investment if you are a long-term homeowner. Never any pressure to purchase more than you need today. Thank you!

My garage door completely broke. As I was closing it, the tension spring broke, the cables broke and retracted up around the drum, and the rollers bent. Bottom line, could not get the door closed, it was stuck about 3 feet off the ground. I called Precision at 7:00 PM, and they had a tech there (Kevin) within 15 minutes. He spent an hour and half fixing the door, replacing the cables, rollers, brackets, and springs and explaining the process to me. It wasn't cheap, but for emergency after-hours repairs, I felt it was a fair price, and actually better than most of their competitors. Overall, a 5-star experience: fast and friendly service, and problem solved. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again if needed.

The job was performed promptly; tech was courteous, on time, friendly and gave me some tips on how I can avoid service calls for minor adjustments. I've used this company previously and will continue to as needed and I highly recommend them for garage door and garage door openers.

I called this comapny & they did not say anyhthing about trip charge. Technician came to my house and he charged me $53.00 for his trip. He wasn’t able to fix my garage door & said he will charge me $53.00 leas if I buy garage door overhead from his company. I didn’t argue with him but thought about leaving review so others are cautious.

Pretty overwhelming to have wind destroy a garage door, and Precision was very responsive. Lorenzo had a cancellation and was able to come almost immediately, and worked very hard to get me the best prices on new garage doors (we have 2 singles and 1 was destroyed) and openers. He was kind and conscientious and was able to get the door open enough to get my car out and then to close and lock it, as broken as the door is. He was able to book installation of new doors for Monday a.m., so I'm very relieved.

What quick service and lots of options to guarantee a long life for our garage door. Thanks for talking us through our decision, Chris. We also noted that we were given a better product than the original company who installed our door. We now have a mush better spring system for our insulated garage door. The service representative was very informative about your product, the warranty, and he worked quickly and neatly as he accomplished the spring replacement. I would recommend this company to anyone in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.

The spring on our garage door broke and it was not covered under the home warranty. Precision was the company the home warranty company was going to send out prior to finding out the service was not covered. Someone from Precision actually called me before I was off the phone with the warranty company. They had convenient same day appointments. The tech, Lorenzo, called prior to his arrival, gave us an accurate estimate, and completed the work quickly and thoroughly. He did an outstanding job! The garage door works so much better than ever! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Albuquerque!

Highly recommended: Professional, pleasant, very knowledgeable and competent, detailed explanation in plain language of what could be done and not done structurally, offered sensible alternatives, no aggressive selling - just providing the customer what is needed.

I had trouble with my door not closing on Saturday, called and scheduled a repair. Two very nice, knowledgeable young men came an hour early repaired my door and explained to me the problem. They also gave me information on how to do a quick fix if I ever had too, while waiting for a repair man. Very impressed and will recommend your service to my friends.
