Before contacting Precision Door Service, I read their reviews and was impressed. I also compared them with their competitors. I called to speak with a rep to get more information. Within 24 hours David was out to assess our garage door situation. By the time he finished the job, we had a new garage door opener installed and fully operational, with remote setup and all. He also did a thorough door inspection and repair. I was shocked at how well the garage door opened and closed after the work. It is now almost silent when in motion. This is the 3rd time that Gary Lang has helped us. We were having problems with the garage door intermittently opening only about 18 inches. Gary diagnosed and corrected the problem. We discussed replacing the garage door opener with a Liftmaster unit. I decided to go ahead with the replacement. Gary installed the belt drive Liftmaster opener, checked it out, and then gave us a tutorial on its features and operations. As always, Gary was efficient and thorough.
