Terrific service from Tyler. We were rather in 'emergency mode' and your technician was at our door in three hours and fixed our issues right away. Nice to know that such good service is readily available. We'll certainly be calling you again should we need service. Thanks.

We were very happy with the service that we received on 8/24/18 from Precision. Lorenzo was very personable and polite. He explained everything thoroughly, so that I could understand what he was doing. We had a cable replaced and the weather seal replaced. He also helped make sure we received the best deal. Thanks for your top notch service!

The repairman was prompt & courteous. After he assessed the problem and the cost, I told him that we couldn't afford the repair right now. He spoke on the phone with my daughter and made a temporary fix of the problem and an estimate of the eventual repair to be done. Very considerate...very helpful. Thank you for having such workers as he. D. Parker

I have been very pleased by the service support of Precision Door; they are very reliable and the technicians are skilled. Over the last several years I have used them to replace the door opener and then at a later time, the door spring. I find their services to be very reliable and reasonably priced.

Service rep phoned and arrived in a timely manner. Analyzed issue and installed a new garage door opener with remotes and outside keypad. Tyler worked efficiently, was very courteous, and covered all the bases as to what he was doing. Followed with a good inservice of how everything worked.

I checked Angies List, and since my garage door broke a spring on Saturday, I was pleasantly surprised that a technician could come on Sunday. I can only hope you realize what a good employee you have in Aaron. He is skilled, courteous, and most of all conscientious. There was more wrong with my door than just a spring - but he kept at it and repaired it all. Well done!

Lorenzo was at our place in time, quickly identified the issues, gave us a good professional assessment of our options without forcing us to make a choice. He did all the repair work in one visit having all spare parts in the truck (we explained the nature of the problem a day before over the phone). He also gave us clear operational instructions. Thank you, it was good service.

I am extremely happy with the customer service I received from Precision Door Service. I called on a Sunday morning at 8am and they were able to have my door repaired by 10am. The service tech, Aaron, was professional, courteous, explained everything he was doing and was a perfectionist in the best of ways. I appreciate the high level of service and will use Precision again without hesitation.

Lorenzo was on time, very professional, very nice. Although the door had leaked during the rain, we could not duplicate the problem. He did not charge me for the visit, and told me to take a picture next time the problem occurred.

We have used Precision before for repairs on our garage door and were very pleased when we did. I called them again because I knew they would make the repair efficiently. I called on Monday and they were here on Tuesday. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable and had our repair done quickly and answered all our questions without hesitation. He installed a surge protector, cleaned up the springs, replaced some of the hardware and helped in engaging the opener in one of our cars to the garage door's motor eliminating the need for an automatic hand held opener in that car.

After calling me to let me know that he could be earlier than originally scheduled. Aaron assessed the damage to the garage door and rounded up the parts needed to fix it. He was pleasantly professional and got the job done in a timely matter. He even allowed me to watch the process and chat with him while he worked. I recommend using Precision for any of you garage door needs.

Five stars +. An earlier job was unsatisfactory. Precision honored their warranty and really went the extra mile. Aaron corrected everything and then some! He was courteous. Explained everything as he worked. And he really knew what he was doing. He worked very fast and efficiently in 100 degree weather without a complaint. The door now works the best it ever has!
