Had Precision come out in Feb '17 because my door had fallen off the rails and had a coupla broken cables. I just barely got the door to open enough to get my cars out. It was a Saturday so I called "my guy" who has put in 3 or 4 springs on my garage in the last 17 years and couldn't get him to call me back. I also called 4-5 others, some were neighbor recommendations and they didnt answer or call me back in a timely manner. Precision answered the phone first try so I set up an appointment for the following Monday since I was able to get the cars out. Gary came over and diagnosed the problem and fixed the door in a rather short time. In the process of repairing the door with new rollers, springs, cables, the capacitor thingy blew up and gary had one in his truck so he slapped that in and I was good to go! The door operates way better now and is noticeably quieter.

I highly recommend Gary and Precision. I had a scheduled appointment between 1-3 PM and he was able to come 3 hours early to do the assessment on our garage. Sadly I didn't get to meet him since I was at work but my wife told me that he did his assessment in 30 minutes and fixed it in 45 minutes. He informed us on what was wrong and what improvements he and the Precision recommended. He knew his product and Precision packages to help us in the future. I didn't know they offered a lifetime warranty. I recommend Precision 5/5 Stars, if i was able to give more I would. They did an excellent job!

The name of Precision Door has been well-known to me for years. When I called, I was glad to learn that your company would provide service in Edgewood, NM. One severely damaged door was completely replaced, including reinforcement of the door and a new track. Another door was okay, but the track had wear and gunk from years of abandonment and mice/pack-rats. A new track and rollers was installed for that door. Awesome work, all while carefully avoiding disturbance of a huge owl nest with babies that was in the rafters between the two track sides. I really appreciated the care taken to protect the owl family. Again, Ryan was awesome to work with, along with his two-man crew.
