I found Precision on the internet and liked their professional website. I placed a call in the morning and received friendly service and a service time for that morning. My technician called and asked if he could come earlier, which I was really happy about. He came and did an awesome job and was very professional. He took his time to explain what really needed to be done. My door spring was broken, but once he did the maintenance on the door I was amazed at the difference the adjustments did. My door is so quiet now, runs great and I'm really happy with my experience. I will use Precision again and will recommend them to family and friends. Great customer service and quality work. Thank you Precision.

We had Rudy install new garage door opener, springs, rollers, etc. for existing garage door. The old one was no longer functioning correctly and we decided to go for the entire repair recommended rather than just one or two items and then have it needing further replacements in the future. We purchased the warranty and had all functions fully explained and demonstrated. We are very happy with this experience. In the service performed below, we had more than a repair, since we replaced many parts......springs, rollers, remotes & keypad, belt drive garage door opener. We are happy.

What a surprise to be leaving for an appointment and suddenly discover you cannot get out of your garage! I looked for 5 stars on Home Advisor and found/called Precision. They sent Rudy out within the hour, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the complete repair done in another 45 minutes. Friendly, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. What more could you ask for?

We needed a new garage door opener (new motor and wheels). We chose your company because you are locally owned. Your technician, Lorenzo Herrera was excellent, did a great installation and cleaned up after himself. The system is very smooth and exceptionally quiet. We are very happy with your product and service and give you a 5 Star rating.

We chose Precision when we needed to replace our original doors that were installed in 1992. I don't exactly remember how we chose Precision in 2007 when we needed to replace our doors. If I remember correctly we looked at your ad in Yellow Pages, and felt you were the best choice for us. We did choose a good company!! We have been happy and pleased with your product and service. Each of your technician has been very friendly and efficient. Gary Lang was excellent!! He arrived not only earlier than the promised time, but he was very professional, courteous and friendly. He did the work much faster than we had expected, and both doors work beautifully. Thank you, Gary!!

Lorenzo gave us a call to let us know what time he would be here. He checked out the problem, beside the broken spring there was rollers that needed to be replaced. He gave us a total price before started. He was dressed and preformed very professional, and explained what he was doing. We are very pleased with our choice of garage door service. As the one that we have used for over 15yrs doesn't work on Holidays We are very pleased with Lorenzo and your company.
