Ruben and Tyler were awesome. They work great together as a team and hardly communicated, they just knew what the other was doing!! So thankful for your company and our new door. Rudy did a great job with the initial visit as well.

Our garage door spring broke as the door was opening, rending the door inoperable. This was a Saturday morning. I quickly consulted Angie's List for garage door companies. Precision appeared to have the best reviews so I called. Craig came out within 2 hours to fix. He was very professional and clearly described our options. Excellent experience!

Same day service. Opener broke on 4th of July weekend and I didn't want my car sitting outside. Called a little before 9 am and technician (Ryan) was there by 9:45. Inspected the whole system, explained what was broken, and made recommendations for replacement. Ryan was very upfront about costs, and offered a generous discount. He said work would be done in about an hour and it was. All in all I was very pleased with Precision, and especially impressed with Ryan's professionalism.

So far, I would rate the company a 5 out of 5. They were early, updated me and very surprisingly, did not try to oversell a product. I also like that the estimates are all inclusive. You don't get one price for the door and then labor and etc added on. Just the tax. Very refreshing! Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I can think of!

Ryan was our technician. He finished a job before ours earlier than scheduled, so he called to see if he could start ours a little earlier; that is always a plus! He was polite and professional and replaced our garage door springs within a timely manner.

My house was broken into and the garbage door opener didn't work afterwards. I called and had someone there to fix it within an hour. Was something really simple, but it was great to have someone out that quickly. Rudy was very gracious. Thank you Precision for the quick service and the peace of mind.

Thank you for coming to my rescue. My garage door was not working properly and I couldn't lock the garage. The technician came and stayed until the job was completed. Kudos!!!!!

Precision was great. They responded the same day I called for service. Lorenzo was my service person. He kept me up to date as to when he would arrive and during his visit he was very professional and polite. The service received was adjusting the down force on the garage door and new rollers. I would give Lorenzo and Precision 5 stars!

They came out same day at no extra charge. The technician was pleasant and polite. He saved me hundreds of dollars on a new garage door system by fixing a sensor. I would call them again.

Please allow me to compliment, in detail, the customer service I received from Ryan Gray. Ryan dealt with a mis-communication issue with the utmost of kindness, consideration, and concern for both me and his company. He went the extra mile to make sure I was provided value for the charge slated. His personal communication skills were EXCELLENT, not to mention the fact he took his precious time to educate me on the quality of Precision's mechanical parts of my garage door, and the proper maintenance of such.....not to mention he serviced the parts while he was here, even though that was not the purpose of his visit. If Ryan is a reflection of his company's concern for customers and their garage doors, I'm really impressed with the Precision Door Company, and I will recommend them highly to anyone. Thank you, Ryan for turning an awkward situation into a most pleasant experience. (that's a skill in and of itself). Joyce

I got your business from the yellow pages. I purchased the total Best repair job for my garage door. It works much better and I am satisfied with a job well done. I would give the repair job a rating of 5 stars.

Signed up for a "tune-up" on my garage door through Angie's List. Met Ryan who answered my questions about upgrades. He didn't try to sell me anything and said everything was in working order. But I decided to buy a new garage door and he applied the cost of the tune-up to the door cost! Then I met Tyler and Ruben on installation. They called first and were very organized. Ruben took the time to adjust the door and show me how to open it manually if needed. I love your website and the bios. Very professional. When I upgrade my opener I definitely will call you again.

My door and opener crashed with the door stuck at an angle and wouldn't move. Ryan arrived around 30 min (+/-) of the HELP ME call. Ryan was on point, and knew what he was doing. The job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. He is a good guy, GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!!!

Our technician, Lorenzo Herrera, did an outstanding job from start to finish. He presented himself very professionally and when he was reviewing the options, if he did not know the answer to a question we asked, he would call someone rather than just giving some BS answer. The work he did on the garage door - replace the springs, the opener and other parts was exceptional. I think the garage was even cleaner when he left than it was when he started. Well done, and many, many thanks! Definetely 5 stars!

Lorenzo came out to service our garage door, and he was polite, helpful and straightforward. This would have been a five star rating but for the fact that he left the garage door (and the garage floor) dirtier than when he came - if he had been more thorough in cleaning up after himself (especially given the cost of the service he was providing) this would have been five stars, no question. I really wanted to give four and a half. This is an excellent company, great to do business with and totally reliable.

My garage door was installed about 5 years ago by Precision. David Stokes did excellent work at that time as the installer; evidenced by the fact that this door was still operating perfectly to accept use of this new opener installed 6/18/15 by Gary Lang. Gary also performed an exemplary and efficient installation of this new Precision belt drive opener. I have been well pleased with the products and professionalism of your installers.

The technician finished a previous job early and called me before coming over to ensure it was ok to arrive early. He went over every option for fixing my garage door and although the solution was not cheap, it had confirmed my research that the door probably needed a rebuild. The installation was completed quickly and although a bit expensive, the quality work, a licensed technician and the lifetime warranty made it well worth the cost.

Excellent service. I found the warranty on previous 8 year old opener after work to replace had begun so a discount was applied to the upgraded opener and rollers and keyless remote that I had selected as a replacement. I was impressed that the previous warranty was honored. The technician Lorenzo Herrera was very professional and did a great job installing the new unit and removing the old parts and old opener. Lorenzo also took the time to explain how the new opener worked. I would rate this a 5 star experience.
