There is no selection for garage door maintenance, so I selected repair. Anyway Rudy arrived at the house and took care of the maintenance in a very professional manner and cleaned up after he was done. He is a very knowledgeable tech and answered my questions to my satisfaction.

I was very impressed with Ruben and Tyler. They displayed professionalism and came right when scheduled. They both replaced my door quickly and efficiently. Spring on garage door broke on Sunday. Asked Precision to send someone on Monday. Said 12-2 pm and they were very prompt. Repaired, checked everything out, lubricated. Awesome job. Would highly recommend.

Same day service! Rudy gave me all of the options and gave me my options and pros and cons. He also told me that while my garage door opener was still functional and needed an rotor, the unit was 10 years old and was likely to give out in the next few years. I decided to replace the unit and it is far more functional and quieter!

The spring inside I guess the torsion bar was broken. Door works great right now. Rudy replaced it and even showed my the broken spring. Rudy was our service provider and answered all my dumb questions and he even spoke to my son on the phone. He did a great job, he was very personable and helpful. Would call again for service if need be.
