Same day service! Rudy gave me all of the options and gave me my options and pros and cons. He also told me that while my garage door opener was still functional and needed an rotor, the unit was 10 years old and was likely to give out in the next few years. I decided to replace the unit and it is far more functional and quieter!

The spring inside I guess the torsion bar was broken. Door works great right now. Rudy replaced it and even showed my the broken spring. Rudy was our service provider and answered all my dumb questions and he even spoke to my son on the phone. He did a great job, he was very personable and helpful. Would call again for service if need be.

Professional but overpriced. Service person seemed more interested in selling products than in providing good value to customer. For example, minimal diagnosis before recommending product. Also, left smudge marks on new seal track. Was fast and courteous, though.
