One word, Terrible! The technician said I needed to replace the entire motor/operator at $600 when all I needed was a $35 part. Another company fixed it for $75.

After inspecting the door, he knew what the problem with my garage door not closing, didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, was very honest and I will definitely call Precision when needed in the future. All of the company employees with whom I had contact were nice, courteous people who worked to see that I was able to have the garage door I needed ordered and installed. The 2 men who installed the door worked quickly and cleaned up the work area before they left. They also made sure I understood the workings of my new door before leaving. Came home to a garage door that would not open. When I called for an appointment I was told a technician would be dispatched between 4 and 6pm. A few minutes later, shortly after 3pm, I was called by the tech who asked if he could come right away. He arrived at about 3:15 pm and the entire job was completed in under an hour. Both springs, all bearings and door rollers were replaced. He even lubricated the opener screw. I was pleased with the quick response and the efficient service and would recommend Precision to anyone needing a quick response and great service.
