The technician (Rudy) was very courteous and amiable. He arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment after asking if someone would be available. He was able to troubleshoot the issue with the opener in less than five minutes and had it fixed in two blinks of an eye. He also made some suggestions for basic care of the rollers and hinges to make them last longer and work more efficiently. Based on my service call, I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Gary performed maintenance services on a double-car garage door including adjusting chain, lubricating rollers, etc. We have used Gary in the past to replace the coil springs on both our garage doors. He is very professional and we have always been happy with his work.

We got a new garage door opener from you guys and it was working great,then a few weeks later the door started sticking. I called for someone to come out and check it, we were still under warranty, and Gary came out again and saw what the problem was and fixed the sticky spot and even 2 other spots he said were causing or will cause a problem. Gary said the new opener is lifting in a different way and closing the door tighter than our old opener and it caused a tight spot at the top, but he fixed it and adjusted 2 rollers he said will help too, and checked everything out and we were very happy with the quality of his service and his attention to details all over the door and opener, not just the problem we had with it but the whole thing in general. Will def call you guys when we need a new door.

I purchased a door tune up, and chose to get a new quiet door opener. Everything went smoothly and the new equipment is excellent! The technician did take the light bulbs with the old system, however, and I had to hunt down a new bulb.

Got the $99 Groupon for inspection, lube and new rollers. Gary Lang arrived early after calling first, gave me an understandable assessment of my door, opener, and springs. Performed the inspection, lube and roller replacement quickly and cleanly. Even had time to install a new door seal at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use Precision for my future garage door/opener needs.

The spring on my garage door broke one evening and my car was trapped inside! We just bought a house which was bank-owned, and the previous owners had taken the garage door opener with them. What I did not know was that the springs were also broken. Craig was very professional and quickly determined what was needed. He installed a new opener along with the spring system in just a couple hours. This belt-driven system is the quietest garage opener I've heard, and even slows down just before it gets to the fully-open or fully-closed position, to avoid extra wear and tear.
