Came home to a garage door that would not open. When I called for an appointment I was told a technician would be dispatched between 4 and 6pm. A few minutes later, shortly after 3pm, I was called by the tech who asked if he could come right away. He arrived at about 3:15 pm and the entire job was completed in under an hour. Both springs, all bearings and door rollers were replaced. He even lubricated the opener screw. I was pleased with the quick response and the efficient service and would recommend Precision to anyone needing a quick response and great service.

Fast service and friendly but very pricy!! I only had one broken spring. I was in a hurry and wanted to get my garage door fixed. The technician quoted me several different figures and warranties. He noted that there would be no warranties to just replace the broken spring. I selected the service which he called “life time warranty” for parts and repairs which included 2 springs, rollers and couple of other parts that the technician said that he needed to do the job. It ended up costing $620.00! Was it worth it? Time will tell.

My technician was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed my issues promptly and didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need for my door to function properly and safely. Our garage door opening mechanism decided to break on a Saturday evening. We were anxious, as we couldn't even get the garage door to close. I called your phone number, talked to your secretary, and within about an hour your technician (Gary) arrived. He was very courteous, professional and worked hard and efficiently. And he explained to us how everything works. We purchased the package with two new springs, remote controllers, new rollers and hardware, a digital keypad transmitter, and a super quiet belt drive motor--and everything with a lifetime warranty (we like the sound of that). Rudy was the service technician who responded to my request for service. He was very personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem as soon as he walked into the garage. He explained to me quite clearly, what needed to be done and what it would cost. I approved the "fix" and Rudy went to work to fix the problem. When he completed the work the door worked like new. A nice young man.

He found and coordinated everything with the general contractor (who was also awesome) and everything was done in no time. The whole project went smoothly. Precision quoted me a price of $700 to replace a torsion spring. Went to a different door company and they quoted $270 to replace torsion spring with a different spring(not a torsion spring) and the door works great now. Why precision did not offer this option I do not know. I would not recommend precision to anyone since they didnt seem to care about the cost to their customer.

Outstanding service. Just got back from vacation, and my garage door was malfunctioning. I thought I have to wait till Monday to get the door repaired. Fortunately, Precision Door Service was available on Sunday. The service tech quickly replaced the old model and installed a better garage door opener within an hour or two. He took the time to demonstrate features and show me the operations of the garage door opener. I highly recommended their services.
