Arrived on time, courteous, fast service, knowledgeable. The job installation of a rubber seal on a two car garage door was physically too big to be handled by one person, and the owner, an elderly person who is not too strong, had to help to pull the seal through.

The repairman was on time & very professional. There has been an ongoing problem with the garage door not closing-we thought it must be going off the rail. Like the car that stops making the noise just as you take it in to be repaired. the door seemed to be fine--he took the time to look more closely, though & discovered that the roller wheels were too small & needed to be replaced. The service was excellent. The guy who came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable. He was selling garage door repairs, but he didn't pressure me to buy more than I wanted. But he was selling a package, which left me feeling uneasy. Also, the reason I give this four stars, when I would typically give it five, is that what I paid was at least twice as much as the person on the phone quoted me beforehand I made an appointment. I think I have a good door, in good operating order, which will last a good long while. I bought the basic package because I had trouble with this door just a couple years ago, but the difference between the quote and what the guy at my house asked, and the fact that he was presenting packages to me left me with some serious misgivings.

After 2 other garage door companies were unsatisfactory...one did not have a replacement on their truck even when I requested that incase mine was not repairable to save time since I had to take off work, the other company said they did not repair the popular name brand one I had.
