I googled and found this website. I liked the layout and all the reviews posted for individual technicians. Our tech was Gary, and he arrived early, inspected our aging garage door opener, and recommended two alternatives for fixing the problem. We chose one, and after about an hour of work, it was done. He explained all the bells and whistles in detail. So far it works beautifully. Gary himself is an engaging, extroverted young man who inspires confidence. Good experience.

Fantastic customer experience! We called this morning and got an appointment for this afternoon. Rudy was early and called to see if that was okay.
