I was so pleased that you would be able to show up to repair this door within 24 hours, firstly, and then the technicians showed up a couple minutes ahead of schedule, did quite a bit of work and left an hour and a half later. They were very polite, very efficient, left everything neat and clean and explained what was done and why. Rudy was very thorough and seemed to be doing well training Lorenzo. A great experience!

I can't express how pleased I was with the response, follow-up and the fine character of Rudy who came to replace pretty much everything but the door itself. Rudy explained to me the various ways the door might be repaired, with prices and info about warranties. He explained what was wrong with my door and after consulting with him i made my decision. Rudy was training another technician and they both were friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough in training me on the new equipment they installed.
