I checked out Precision's Website and others before deciding to contact them. I can't express how pleased I was with the response, follow-up and the fine character of Rudy who came to replace pretty much everything but the door itself. Rudy explained to me the various ways the door might be repaired, with prices and info about warranties. He explained what was wrong with my door and after consulting with him i made my decision. Rudy was training another technician and they both were friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough in training me on the new equipment they installed. I would highly recommend Precision if you are looking for a professional company with exemplary staff. I am delighted with the quietness of my new equipment and the warranty.

I purchased a garage door tune-up on Angie's list. The company was prompt in contacting me to arrange a convenient reservation. The technician arrived well within the two-hour window given me. He was clearly identified (and had been introduced to me by e-mail prior to his arrival). He worked quickly and efficiently and within about twenty minutes had accomplished his work, including resolving an issue we had been having with the door not closing. I googled and found this website. I liked the layout and all the reviews posted for individual technicians. Our tech was Gary, and he arrived early, inspected our aging garage door opener, and recommended two alternatives for fixing the problem. We chose one, and after about an hour of work, it was done. He explained all the bells and whistles in detail. So far it works beautifully. Gary himself is an engaging, extroverted young man who inspires confidence. Good experience.
