I would rate this service at 4.5 stars because apparently the office person taking the call failed to inform the technician that I needed a rodent guard installed ( I explained to her that I needed the weather stripping on the bottom of the garage door to be "mouse proof") and she quoted an incorrect price. As a result, a technician came without appropriate material and had to reschedule service for next day. Both technicians ware excellent: called half an hour before showing up, came exactly on time, did the job quickly and left me confident that it was well done

I did a very stupid thing and backed into my garage door when it was half was up. It broke my back car window and knocked the door off the track. It trapped my car in the garage. I called Precision at about 4:30pm and explained the situation. They managed to get someone to my home in Santa Fe before 6pm. What great service! The technician was very nice and managed to get the door working so I could get my car out of the garage. He even helped me put plastic over the broken back window. He made sure the garage door opener was disconnected and ordered a new door. I told him I had problems with mice invading the garage so he ordered the new door with rodent guard. The technicians who came to install the door were equally nice, professional and made sure that the outdoor keypad and my garage door openers were working on the new door. I am very pleased with the professionalism, service and promptness of this company. Use them and you will be satisfied.

He got my garage door closed and helped me get my car started. I am looking forward to working with them on my new garage door installation. I was so pleased that you would be able to show up to repair this door within 24 hours, firstly, and then the technicians showed up a couple minutes ahead of schedule, did quite a bit of work and left an hour and a half later. They were very polite, very efficient, left everything neat and clean and explained what was done and why. Rudy was very thorough and seemed to be doing well training Lorenzo. A great experience!
