10 Stars for Lorenzo--he was there on a weekend 2 hours after I telephoned with a stuck, broken door. He was professional, friendly and finished the job very quickly. I was quite impressed with the service--and now my door moves and does not squeak! I will definitely recommend him and Precision to all my neighbors.

Rudy drove up from Albuquerque to provide an Angie's List Inspection, Roller replacement and tune/up and Lube to my 80's generation Raynor door opener... and got it fixed and running smoothly! Five stars are not enough--prompt (even early!), polite, knowledgeable and explained everything to us. The technician was Gary Lang, Santa Fe. He deserves a promotion. He replaced the springs and aligned the door and added weather seal to the bottom.

I would rate this service at 4.5 stars because apparently the office person taking the call failed to inform the technician that I needed a rodent guard installed ( I explained to her that I needed the weather stripping on the bottom of the garage door to be "mouse proof") and she quoted an incorrect price. As a result, a technician came without appropriate material and had to reschedule service for next day. Both technicians ware excellent: called half an hour before showing up, came exactly on time, did the job quickly and left me confident that it was well done

I did a very stupid thing and backed into my garage door when it was half was up. It broke my back car window and knocked the door off the track. It trapped my car in the garage. I called Precision at about 4:30pm and explained the situation. They managed to get someone to my home in Santa Fe before 6pm. What great service! The technician was very nice and managed to get the door working so I could get my car out of the garage. He even helped me put plastic over the broken back window. He made sure the garage door opener was disconnected and ordered a new door. I told him I had problems with mice invading the garage so he ordered the new door with rodent guard. The technicians who came to install the door were equally nice, professional and made sure that the outdoor keypad and my garage door openers were working on the new door. I am very pleased with the professionalism, service and promptness of this company. Use them and you will be satisfied.

Called Precision late in the afternoon and they were able to get a technician to my home within a few hours. Great Service. The technician was very pleasant and helpful. He got my garage door closed and helped me get my car started. I am looking forward to working with them on my new garage door installation. They had good recommendations for keeping out rodents with a minor addition to the new door. I wish more companies in New Mexico were as reliable and nice as Precision.
