I was having my garage door opener replaced and noticed that the spring was broken. I found Precision on line and booked an appointment for the next morning. I'm glad I did. Corey, the technician, was absolutely AWESOME! Not only replaced the spring, but went over the workings of the door and proper maintenance. He even went over the installation of the new garage door opener that the Lowe's handyman had installed the day before and corrected a number of mistakes that had been made! Terrific service. Highly recommended.

This past Friday I had the need to have my garage door repaired. I had used Precision Garage Doors to complete repairs in the past on a second home we own. When Tyler arrived, he was able to quickly assess the situation, gave me an estimate and proceeded to repair my garage door. Tyler was honest, efficient and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Precision to repair any garage door. Tyler in particular was and is exceptional.

Ever watch your old garage door just freeze, fold, and die in front of you? I did. Called Precision on New Year's Day. Had someone out the next day to evaluate and price out the COMPLETE replacement. Plus a senior discount! Hurray! In less than 24 hours later (the next day), Cory was here with my beautiful new door and the entire mechanisms needed. Expertly installed, runs beautifully. Plus he was very pleasant and explained the procedure patiently. Great company!

One of the door springs broke on Saturday. I called Precision and was told they could have a technician out within a few hours. In fact Matt showed up 90 minutes later. He not only replaced the springs but also the bearings and the old opener which was failing. He had everything on the truck and did a great job of installation and clean up! Highly recommended!

You were local while the others I saw were from ABQ. I was quoted about $139 for the weatherstripping I needed and when the technician was done, my bill was 300+. I was disappointed at how he was unable to use some of the existing parts to fix what I needed. In the end I paid $297 for weatherstripping and was very upset about that. The technician did however secure a Triple A discount for me. The technician was professional all the way. Nothing but good things to say about the technician- I just think $300 god weatherstripping was over the top.
