Called another company. They promised to come between 2-6pm. Called at 3 to say that would have to cancel but could come the next day. Called Precision. Jeff Peres was on his way (from Rio Rancho). Jeff got here by 4:30 and had the door repaired and operational in a little over an hour. Jeff was polite, personable and extremely professional. Jeff is a credit to the company. I would highly recommend Jeff and Precision for any sort of garage door work.

Kevin sent me a text confirming he was on his way and showed up as promised. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a quote and got to work. He offered to move my awkwardly placed wall switch which was most helpful and also installed an outside opener panel which will be so handy. His work was great and I’m very glad to do business with Precision. Each of the techs I’ve worked with were well trained and very pleasant. It was also fast to get an appointment. I’m very satisfied.

Short story...... Garage door broke so we called one of the national brand name companies. Tech came out and for two hours was unable to identify or fix the problem. Called Precision Door Service. Tyler came out later that same day and within 30 minutes, identified the problem and had the necessary parts to expertly fix it. Doesn’t get any better than that. I’m a fan for life.

I had a garage door and opener installed about three weeks ago. Amazing service. Today I was hearing a popping noise when the garage door closed. I called precision and a tech (Cory) called me within minutes. He drove from Albuquerque to Santa Fe to check out the door. He inspected it and got it working smoothly. I could not believe that he made the trip to Santa Fe and didn’t schedule me some other time when he had other appointments in town. I highly recommend Precision Door. Very impressed!

I was having my garage door opener replaced and noticed that the spring was broken. I found Precision on line and booked an appointment for the next morning. I'm glad I did. Corey, the technician, was absolutely AWESOME! Not only replaced the spring, but went over the workings of the door and proper maintenance. He even went over the installation of the new garage door opener that the Lowe's handyman had installed the day before and corrected a number of mistakes that had been made! Terrific service. Highly recommended.

Ever watch your old garage door just freeze, fold, and die in front of you? I did. Called Precision on New Year's Day. Had someone out the next day to evaluate and price out the COMPLETE replacement. Plus a senior discount! Hurray! In less than 24 hours later (the next day), Cory was here with my beautiful new door and the entire mechanisms needed. Expertly installed, runs beautifully. One of the door springs broke on Saturday. I called Precision and was told they could have a technician out within a few hours. In fact Matt showed up 90 minutes later. He not only replaced the springs but also the bearings and the old opener which was failing. He had everything on the truck and did a great job of installation and clean up! Highly recommended!
