My garage door opener was outdated. Precision Doors installed a new motor with two remotes and a keypad. Tyler, the technician, arrived on time, gave me the cost for needed repairs and went to work. I am very lucky that I just happened to call this company when I had a broken garage door. My serviceman was Tyler and he was an extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly technician. He not only fixed my garage door that wouldn’t open - he provided me with options to choose from. He was very intelligent in all of the mechanisms that make a garage door operate properly. He not only had the parts in the truck but he completed the job within 1.5 hours. Now that’s service.

Last year I spent 6,000 with this company on 3 garage doors. I raised my ceiling 2 feet and needed longer hangers to reattach 1 of the garage door railings/tracks. I was charged 150.00 for 1/2 hr of work and a couple dollars worth of material! Seems a little high after spending all the money on the doors.

Gilbert Sebastian was excellent. Gilbert called to inform me of his estimated arrival time; was on time, courteous, professional, an extremely efficient worker and pleasant. He replaced the roller springs and associated hardware and then performed preventative maintenance. I would highly recommend Gilbert and Precision Door. Yesterday I discovered our garage door opener didn't work! Thought it might be just batteries gone bad in the opener remote control? It wasn't so looked up a garage door repair shop on my phone (Google) and picked first one I saw, i.e. "Precision Garage Door Service" serving my area. Called them and got immediate "same day" service. Service man "Gilbert" came out and within moments had discovered not only my original problem's most likely cause! But explained ot me why my "bigger" problem was my garage door springs, rollers, and gears, were going bad also! Our house was new to us, but was over 20 years old since being originally built. Gilbert's advice was honest, easily seen and proved correct, and he offered to fix everything immediately! And he had everything necessary for repairs in his truck!! He then offered to fix everything in one hour or less.....AND HE DID JUST THAT! This was no "slam-bam" sales pitch, about stuff needing fixing that didn't really need fixing. It was super efficiency, fast accurate assessment of needed repairs for "pending" future difficulties concerning old equipment nearing the end of it's service life! Words or comments cannot adequately explain, or convey, our appreciation (my wife and I) for Gilbert's fast, friendly and VERY efficient service for our new home's safety. And day to day use. We are MOST grateful to Gilbert, and the company whose foresight and efficiency in hiring and keeping such a capable employee made him available to us. Thank you again Gilbert from Donna and I!!! I had no idea who to call, but my neighbor upon hearing my difficulty came to the rescue!! She has had nothing but positive interactions with Precision and shared their number with me immediately. The technician called 45 minutes in advance, so I knew exactly when he would arrive, he diagnosed the problems within about 10 minutes, then installed two new springs and two new guide wires in about 30 minutes, so the job was completely done in less than an hour. He was also very forthcoming in explaining the process and components of a garage door system, and demonstrated impeccable courtesy throughout. Precision is highly recommended, indeed, as I was very pleased.

Excellent job. Service person was timely, speedy, inspected everything first gave me a break down of cost and POOF in two hours I had a operable garage door. So I recommend them without hesitation. You you can go out in bid and maybe you'll get a lower bid but you're going to lower quality work their stuff is on the money.

Called another company. They promised to come between 2-6pm. Called at 3 to say that would have to cancel but could come the next day. Called Precision. Jeff Peres was on his way (from Rio Rancho). Jeff got here by 4:30 and had the door repaired and operational in a little over an hour. Jeff was polite, personable and extremely professional. Jeff is a credit to the company. I would highly recommend Jeff and Precision for any sort of garage door work.
