He arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the situation and provided a recommendation for service and a fee. I would have given you five stars if the opener had come with a lightbulb. I of course don't have any "rough use" lightbulbs or garage-door bulbs, which the instruction manual recommends one install.

Joe Dillon, technician, was excellent. We needed a new weather seal and Green Neoprene rollers as well as several other adjustments. Our door was not fitting properly and Joe’s adjustments were perfect. We had mice sneaking into the garage and now we know our door is tight and secure. Joe is very professional and knowledgeable. We recommend him and will use him in the future. Thank you.
