We have used Precision before for repairs on our garage door and were very pleased when we did. I called them again because I knew they would make the repair efficiently. I called on Monday and they were here on Tuesday. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable and had our repair done quickly and answered all our questions without hesitation. He installed a surge protector, cleaned up the springs, replaced some of the hardware and helped in engaging the opener in one of our cars to the garage door's motor eliminating the need for an automatic hand held opener in that car.

Five stars +. An earlier job was unsatisfactory. Precision honored their warranty and really went the extra mile. Aaron corrected everything and then some! He was courteous. Explained everything as he worked. And he really knew what he was doing. He worked very fast and efficiently in 100 degree weather without a complaint. The door now works the best it ever has!

Had a chain sprocket and gear replaced. Service was very prompt and the tech, Tyler, was extremely efficient and knew what he was doing. While the charge of $248 seems a little high for what was done, the timeliness of the service and the expertise of Tyler was worth it. I will definitely call if anything else happens.
