The service call was to investigate occasional self-initiated garage door opening. No cause was found, but the belt-driven opener was reprogrammed by the tech in case a recent power outage followed by several power bumps had reset the limits. I've had very few issues with the opener since purchase/installation. I think that this is the third time I've called for service (warranty-related). Each time, the tech was on-time & on-mission.
