David arrived a little early along with a second installer who had been in the area and had time to help out. David, as the lead installer, was very informative and professional. He did the 25 point inspection and found a broken sprocket in my old Lift-Master's motor that accounted for the fact that often the door would stop and reverse itself half way through getting back down. And the rollers, that were original with the system installed in 1994 were very worn. He explained my options: a low cost option just replacing the old Life-Master lifter with the Precision model; and a higher cost option called "Whisper Package" which added new rollers. I chose the Whisper Package because the noise had become very annoying. They went to work and finished the installation in just under an hour. He helped me re-set my pin number on the keypad, showed me how to use the remote control for my car and answered all my questions. found them as Super Service Award Winners on Angie's list for 2015 and they were able to work me in the very next day after I called. The phone reps were very nice and when I discovered that I needed to change my appointment from early morning to mid-afternoon, they were able to make that change with no problem. I would definitely recommend them.

Gary came on a Sunday morning to repair a broken spring. Appointment time was at 8 am. He called at 7:45 to say he was on the way and arrived just before 8. I am having remodeling done at the house so the garage is filled with pallets of material and you can hardly move in it. Gary worked around all the obstacles and had the repair done in a little less than 45 minutes. He explained what was wrong and what was needed to solve the problem. Gary was very professional and personable, I will recommend him to any one who needs garage door help.

I called Precision and even though they had a full schedule, they squeezed me in and were at my house within the hour. They fixed my problem with my garage door fairly quickly. It was a bit expensive though but the service was quick, courteous, and well done.

Have had ongoing issues with garage door for years & have used a few different service providers. Found Precision late on a friday when spring had broken & needed quick service. Precision had great customer service & resolved my problem very quickly. Had them back out a few weeks later to address a loud noise with door. Gary, the tech who came out both times exemplified what customer service should be. Explained & visually showed me the cause, recommended a couple of options; and has that garage door so quiet I have to check to make sure its running. Service on Saturday got my business initially and the prompt and courteous expertise will keep me as a loyal customer. Just the other day I pulled an "oops" by leaving my rake propped against the back bumper of the car. Pushed the button and groaned as the melee shot the rake onto the sensor onto the floor, dismantled. I tried to put it back together, 0 success. So I called, crossing my fingers, that Gary would be available. The next morning there he stood, my hero! Quick and efficient and very good with my dog George. George remembered him and wanted him to stay!
