5 star - Lorenzo Herrera technician was timely and most helpful in repairing and providing lube & tune of our garage door at our rental condo this morning. He was truly professional and offered advice on ways to get better performance from our 1996 garage doors. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

What a surprise to be leaving for an appointment and suddenly discover you cannot get out of your garage! I looked for 5 stars on Home Advisor and found/called Precision. They sent Rudy out within the hour, he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the complete repair done in another 45 minutes. Friendly, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. What more could you ask for?

We needed a new garage door opener (new motor and wheels). We chose your company because you are locally owned. Your technician, Lorenzo Herrera was excellent, did a great installation and cleaned up after himself. The system is very smooth and exceptionally quiet. We are very happy with your product and service and give you a 5 Star rating.

Got your site through Angie's List. Gary was great. I liked the way he handled everything and I liked the way he talked to me. Tom

We chose Precision when we needed to replace our original doors that were installed in 1992. I don't exactly remember how we chose Precision in 2007 when we needed to replace our doors. If I remember correctly we looked at your ad in Yellow Pages, and felt you were the best choice for us. We did choose a good company!! We have been happy and pleased with your product and service. Each of your technician has been very friendly and efficient. Gary Lang was excellent!! He arrived not only earlier than the promised time, but he was very professional, courteous and friendly. He did the work much faster than we had expected, and both doors work beautifully. Thank you, Gary!!

Lorenzo gave us a call to let us know what time he would be here. He checked out the problem, beside the broken spring there was rollers that needed to be replaced. He gave us a total price before started. He was dressed and preformed very professional, and explained what he was doing. We are very pleased with our choice of garage door service. As the one that we have used for over 15yrs doesn't work on Holidays We are very pleased with Lorenzo and your company.

Ruben and Tyler were awesome. They work great together as a team and hardly communicated, they just knew what the other was doing!! So thankful for your company and our new door. Rudy did a great job with the initial visit as well.

Our garage door spring broke as the door was opening, rending the door inoperable. This was a Saturday morning. I quickly consulted Angie's List for garage door companies. Precision appeared to have the best reviews so I called. Craig came out within 2 hours to fix. He was very professional and clearly described our options. Excellent experience!

Same day service. Opener broke on 4th of July weekend and I didn't want my car sitting outside. Called a little before 9 am and technician (Ryan) was there by 9:45. Inspected the whole system, explained what was broken, and made recommendations for replacement. Ryan was very upfront about costs, and offered a generous discount. He said work would be done in about an hour and it was. All in all I was very pleased with Precision, and especially impressed with Ryan's professionalism.

So far, I would rate the company a 5 out of 5. They were early, updated me and very surprisingly, did not try to oversell a product. I also like that the estimates are all inclusive. You don't get one price for the door and then labor and etc added on. Just the tax. Very refreshing! Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I can think of!

Ryan was our technician. He finished a job before ours earlier than scheduled, so he called to see if he could start ours a little earlier; that is always a plus! He was polite and professional and replaced our garage door springs within a timely manner.

My house was broken into and the garbage door opener didn't work afterwards. I called and had someone there to fix it within an hour. Was something really simple, but it was great to have someone out that quickly. Rudy was very gracious. Thank you Precision for the quick service and the peace of mind.

They came out same day at no extra charge. The technician was pleasant and polite. He saved me hundreds of dollars on a new garage door system by fixing a sensor. I would call them again.

Please allow me to compliment, in detail, the customer service I received from Ryan Gray. Ryan dealt with a mis-communication issue with the utmost of kindness, consideration, and concern for both me and his company. He went the extra mile to make sure I was provided value for the charge slated. His personal communication skills were EXCELLENT, not to mention the fact he took his precious time to educate me on the quality of Precision's mechanical parts of my garage door, and the proper maintenance of such.....not to mention he serviced the parts while he was here, even though that was not the purpose of his visit. If Ryan is a reflection of his company's concern for customers and their garage doors, I'm really impressed with the Precision Door Company, and I will recommend them highly to anyone. Thank you, Ryan for turning an awkward situation into a most pleasant experience. (that's a skill in and of itself). Joyce
