We chose Precision when we needed to replace our original doors that were installed in 1992. I don't exactly remember how we chose Precision in 2007 when we needed to replace our doors. If I remember correctly we looked at your ad in Yellow Pages, and felt you were the best choice for us. We did choose a good company!! We have been happy and pleased with your product and service. Each of your technician has been very friendly and efficient. Gary Lang was excellent!! He arrived not only earlier than the promised time, but he was very professional, courteous and friendly. He did the work much faster than we had expected, and both doors work beautifully. Thank you, Gary!!

Lorenzo gave us a call to let us know what time he would be here. He checked out the problem, beside the broken spring there was rollers that needed to be replaced. He gave us a total price before started. He was dressed and preformed very professional, and explained what he was doing. We are very pleased with our choice of garage door service. Our garage door spring broke as the door was opening, rending the door inoperable. This was a Saturday morning. I quickly consulted Angie's List for garage door companies. Precision appeared to have the best reviews so I called. Craig came out within 2 hours to fix. He was very professional and clearly described our options. Excellent experience!

Same day service. Opener broke on 4th of July weekend and I didn't want my car sitting outside. Called a little before 9 am and technician (Ryan) was there by 9:45. Inspected the whole system, explained what was broken, and made recommendations for replacement. Ryan was very upfront about costs, and offered a generous discount. He said work would be done in about an hour and it was. All in all I was very pleased with Precision, and especially impressed with Ryan's professionalism.

So far, I would rate the company a 5 out of 5. They were early, updated me and very surprisingly, did not try to oversell a product. I also like that the estimates are all inclusive. You don't get one price for the door and then labor and etc added on. Just the tax. Very refreshing! Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I can think of!

Ryan was our technician. He finished a job before ours earlier than scheduled, so he called to see if he could start ours a little earlier; that is always a plus! He was polite and professional and replaced our garage door springs within a timely manner.

Ryan dealt with a mis-communication issue with the utmost of kindness, consideration, and concern for both me and his company. His personal communication skills were EXCELLENT, not to mention the fact he took his precious time to educate me on the quality of Precision's mechanical parts of my garage door, and the proper maintenance of such.....not to mention he serviced the parts while he was here, even though that was not the purpose of his visit. Signed up for a "tune-up" on my garage door through Angie's List. Met Ryan who answered my questions about upgrades. He didn't try to sell me anything and said everything was in working order. But I decided to buy a new garage door and he applied the cost of the tune-up to the door cost! Then I met Tyler and Ruben on installation. They called first and were very organized. Ruben took the time to adjust the door and show me how to open it manually if needed. I love your website and the bios. Very professional. When I upgrade my opener I definitely will call you again.

My door and opener crashed with the door stuck at an angle and wouldn't move. Ryan arrived around 30 min (+/-) of the HELP ME call. Ryan was on point, and knew what he was doing. The job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. He is a good guy, GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!!!!!

Our technician, Lorenzo Herrera, did an outstanding job from start to finish. He presented himself very professionally and when he was reviewing the options, if he did not know the answer to a question we asked, he would call someone rather than just giving some BS answer. The work he did on the garage door - replace the springs, the opener and other parts was exceptional. I think the garage was even cleaner when he left than it was when he started. Lorenzo came out to service our garage door, and he was polite, helpful and straightforward. This would have been a five star rating but for the fact that he left the garage door (and the garage floor) dirtier than when he came - if he had been more thorough in cleaning up after himself (especially given the cost of the service he was providing) this would have been five stars, no question. I really wanted to give four and a half. This is an excellent company, great to do business with and totally reliable.

My garage door was installed about 5 years ago by Precision. David Stokes did excellent work at that time as the installer; evidenced by the fact that this door was still operating perfectly to accept use of this new opener installed 6/18/15 by Gary Lang. Gary also performed an exemplary and efficient installation of this new Precision belt drive opener. I have been well pleased with the products and professionalism of your installers.
