First my overall rating is 5 stars. Rudy came and did a great job the on the estimate a few days. Today Ruben and his assistant did a great job and completed the garage door replacement and installation of the new door in less than 2 hours. They arrived right on time and all three technicians, during the two visits, were very professional and extremely courteous. Gary came to help us out with our garage door as a part of our Home Warranty coverage. He was fast and friendly and within an hr and a half had a new garage door opener installed along with new rollers and approval from our home warranty company! He was courteous and kind and did an excellent job explaining what he did and making sure I understood how to operate my equipment and the differences from my previous machine. Our garage door spring broke Saturday evening, I took to the internet in search of a garage door repair company, I found Precision Door Service. I placed a call to Precision Door Service, within 5 minutes they had us scheduled for Sunday. The technician Robert arrived promptly at 10:00 am, he went right to work assessing the damage, and after the assessment we were given three options for the repair. Robert was very courteous, very knowledgeable about the work to be performed; he answered our question about the repair. We pick an option and about 30 later minutes the door was repaired. There is no selection for garage door maintenance, so I selected repair. Anyway Rudy arrived at the house and took care of the maintenance in a very professional manner and cleaned up after he was done. He is a very knowledgeable tech and answered my questions to my satisfaction.

Same day service! Rudy gave me all of the options and gave me my options and pros and cons. He also told me that while my garage door opener was still functional and needed an rotor, the unit was 10 years old and was likely to give out in the next few years. I decided to replace the unit and it is far more functional and quieter!
