The tech arrived just a little bit late, but the roads were snow-packed & accident-littered & traffic was awful. It took him just a few minutes to adjust the programming on the garage door opener. Glad I bought that super-quiet opener with LIFETIME WARRANTY; the service call didn't cost me a cent.

Our garage door suddenly stopped lifting. We had an Angie's list deal offer for $99 inspection / maintenance / roller replacement. Crossed fingers - hoped it was a roller or something minor. Precision was able to schedule same day - sooner than we expected! Rudy called ahead and was right on time. Immediately diagnosed broken spring - gave us an estimate and offered to do the work immediately. He even arranged to apply the pre-paid inspection / maintenance to the total cost of the job! My neighborhood is about is about 18 years old. Three neighbors have already had to replace garage door springs and also the garage door. I have replaced rollers many times and had other repairs done to my garage and it was time for a replacement before things got worse. One of my neighbors had her garage door replaced by Precision Door and only had good things to say. I called and was able to schedule a sales appointment within a few days with Robert White. He quickly gave me 3 electronic estimates and I booked an intall appointment the next week. The workers showed up on time and had my old one taken down and the new one installed in about 2 1/2 hours. They were very efficient. They hooked it up to my existing garage door opener and checked the operation to make sure all was working. The overall experience was great and would recommend to other neighbors. Give them a try. I would give them 5 stars

I would like you to know what excellent service I received yesterday. An unfortunate accident happened where the rail for the garage door was crushed. It was late and on the weekend and I wasn't able to close the garage door at all. Your employee, Robert, called ahead of time to let me know he was coming. He arrived right on time. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. He explained what he thought would be the best action to fix the rail. Within the hour he fixed the rail and I was able to close the door. No need to even come back!! He fixed the problem completely. If I ever have any problems with my garage door in the future, I will not hesitate to call Precision. I would also like to mention that the cost was very reasonable. It's been a long time that I've received such good service from a company. They truly care!!!

I contacted Precision based on recommendations and reviews I read on Angie's List and Home Advisor. I was promptly contacted by Precision and, after explaining my problem to the operator, she referred me to Craig for further consultation. Craig suggested what the problem might be based on the symptoms I described. Craig then mentioned the most economical approach Precision could take to troubleshoot the problem with a quote as to what Precision would charge for the anticipated service. On the date of my service appointment, Gary arrived a few minutes early and quickly assessed what the problem was. As it turned out, the problem was less than what I'd expected, and Gary not only took the measures that Craig had discussed with me over the phone, but ended up charging me less than what Craig and I had anticipated. I now have a working garage door opener that cost me less to service than what I expected. And, Gary went further to make recommendations on what future tune-up options and prices would be to ensure lasting service from my door opener. I was very pleased with the outcome and professionalism displayed by both Craig and Gary. Thank you both!

Our technician was Robert. We really appreciate the fact that he was able to come out quickly on a Saturday morning as we had appointments and couldn't close the garage! First, I was impressed by your attractive and detailed website. I especially liked the pictures of your technicians, so I knew who was coming. I called and was happy that we could get the repair scheduled so quickly since I didn't know what was wrong with the door, just that the motor was running but the door wasn't going up. When Robert our technician came, he explained exactly what was wrong (chewed up gear), why fixing it would be OK but expensive (half the price of a new opener), and maybe not the best idea (the opener was almost 20 yrs old and something else might break). No pressure to buy a new opener, but it really did seem like the best idea. He installed the new one in only an hour (it's VASTLY better and quieter than the old one), oiled all the old door parts, and walked us through the operation of the new opener. We were really happy with it, and would definitely recommend your company!

I bought a garage door with upgraded hardware around 2011. The left cable has needed replacing about 5 times since then -- it has never failed but continues to unravel. Precision Door has been excellent at handling the warranty work and everything else has been great.
