I was so impressed with the ease and speed of Precision Garage Door's response to my request for help with an aging garage door. I called on Tuesday afternoon, and the very next morning their representative showed up at the scheduled time. His name was Lorenzo, and he was courteous, clear in explaining what was going wrong, and said he could fix it right then because he had all of the needed supplies on his truck. He gave me an estimate, then got right to work, and a couple of hours later my garage door works better than it ever has!!!
