We have used Precision for all of our garage door servicing, which has been excellent. I called early Monday morning, and the technician arrived at 10:00 to fix the problem with the remote. In addition, he also service our garage door and found a loose screw, unbeknownst to us. We have recommended Precision to others, who report the same satisfaction.

Before he arrived, the technician texted me a picture of himself and a brief bio including his years of experience working on garage doors, so I had confidence In his abilities before he even started. He reprogrammed the remote, the outdoor keyless entry, and the remote on my car mirror. This is the first time everything has worked. I’m very Satisfied. Good work Jeff.

Superb service. I called them on a Sunday afternoon. They arrived within 2 hours and fixed my garage door opener, which had to be replaced. I was not charged extra for weekend service. I don't know of any other business that provides such good service. They are always there when you need them.

I have had Precision Garage Door of Albuquerque service our garage door for over 15 years now. I keep going back to them because they have consistently provided exemplary work and I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair and maintenance. They are efficient, professional, competent, respectful, friendly, and helpful. I recently had them do some routine maintenance on our old, creaking garage door - James showed up right on time, assessed everything and got to work. Everything was taken care of effectively and efficiently. I really like how Precision sent me text messages informing who and when they would arrive, as well as, the email with the detailed invoice. I had a lifetime warranty item which they installed several years ago, and they took care of it - it's nice to work with a company with integrity that stands by their word. I also appreciated that I was able to get a hold of somebody at Precision by phone immediately, and they were able to get out to my house as soon as I needed them. Thanks for the great work!
