We do offer an annual lube/tune special to our current customers which lubricates all the moving parts of your door and opener and checks 25 safety points of your door to pro-actively check for and diagnose any issues that might be there. I chose Precision because they did not charge extra for weekend service. The tech installed new springs, rollers and sprockets and lubricated everything and was finished in 45 minutes. The garage door now works like new.
