Technician (Kevin) was right on time. He had called me earlier to see if he could come before my scheduled time but I had a previous commitment. That said, the effort to arrive early was appreciated. I had the 25 point service check performed and added new weather stripping on bottom of garage door. He had everything in is his truck to do the additional work and completed everything very quickly. Kevin was very prompt, courteous and professional. Well done.

Service performed same day as requested. A thorough safety/condition assessment was performed and carefully explained prior to providing an estimate. Work was completed timely and for the estimated amount. 2-man crew was professional and courteous.

Called because I wanted someone in Rio Rancho. Numerous options to choose from. I spoke with a polite call taker who set my appointment. Soon after my tech called and was able to get to my house early. He was great, very friendly, and explained everything. Once he started I let him work but when I checked in he was quick to explain the how and why. Good dude and I would highly recommend.

Precision Door installed two new automatic door openers for me. The service was excellent and I will always go to Precision Door for any and all future repairs or replacement as I did just recently. We recently bought this home, and today our garage door would not go up. My husband called Precision mid morning, and a tech was here at 1:15. The tech checked everything out and discovered the issue right away. He showed me the items needed and I told him to please repair it. He had it done in less than an hour. Called in to have my garage door get its maintenance service. First off the tech Kevin was excellent. I give him 5 Stars. However my disappointment is with your trip charge. That is extremely redicules price wise for what I called in for, tech wasn't even here that long. Plus for being a previous customer who had his garage door repaired by you just 2 years ago and got the lifetime warranty that should have covered the trip charge cost. At that is what I was told when I purchased the lifetime warranty last time out. I'm truly disappointed. Hopefully you can make this right.

Precision Door had replaced my springs on the door and the rollers 3-4 years ago and did a good job. When the opener failed I called them and they were able to replace it without a long wait time others had quoted. When a problem has occurred (all minor) they have been super responsive! I have no problem recommending them.
