Arrived on time, courteous, fast service, knowledgeable. The job installation of a rubber seal on a two car garage door was physically too big to be handled by one person, and the owner, an elderly person who is not too strong, had to help to pull the seal through.

The service was excellent. The guy who came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable. He was selling garage door repairs, but he didn't pressure me to buy more than I wanted. But he was selling a package, which left me feeling uneasy. Also, the reason I give this four stars, when I would typically give it five, is that what I paid was at least twice as much as the person on the phone quoted me beforehand I made an appointment. I think I have a good door, in good operating order, which will last a good long while. I bought the basic package because I had trouble with this door just a couple years ago, but the difference between the quote and what the guy at my house asked, and the fact that he was presenting packages to me left me with some serious misgivings.

After 2 other garage door companies were unsatisfactory...one did not have a replacement on their truck even when I requested that incase mine was not repairable to save time since I had to take off work, the other company said they did not repair the popular name brand one I had. The owners and managers of Precision Door stand behind their products and workmanship. Not that they shouldn't but few companies do. While my double door was installed last spring they came running to resolve a serious problem that appeared in December, probably a delayed issue until we experienced some cold weather. The door wouldn't shut completely and the arm that manipulates the door bent the top panel. They not only replaced the panel but reset the tracks. It's working perfectly now. I would not hesitate to use Precision again. Just wish they did other things!
