I called Precision because one of my two garage doors stopped working. Lorenzo took the service call. He explained my options clearly and provided reasonable pricing. I was so pleased with the upgraded garage door opener that he installed, that I asked him to look at my other garage door opener, which was working, although balky at times. He made a suggestion to replace the 20-year old garage door opener with an entirely different kind of opener. His suggestion was so perfectly suited to my slightly unusual garage configuration that I chose to do the additional replacement as well. I am happy with the results, delighted with the improved mechanisms and drastically reduced noise, and satisfied with the price. Lorenzo was prompt, clear, careful, and neat. Precision always comes through. We've needed several visits since we bought our older home 3 years ago. Always call ahead with arrival time, diagnose quickly and make complete repairs. Today was for a malfunctioning door remote and excessive noise.. Lorenzo (who has been here before) showed excellent salesmanship and his usual technical ability. Our ancient garage door opener was malfunctioning: sometimes it didn't open, sometimes it wouldn't close, and finally it was opening and closing on its own all day long. Lorenzo arrived at 10:00 sharp (yes, I was impressed by his promptness) and he clearly explained everything wrong with our garage door opener, including its having an old (and inadequate HP) motor.
