He is professional, listened to my issues, and went above and beyond to help me. Gary is a bright light that customer service does still exist. Have used Precision before for garage door service and had a very good experience. Today Jeff Peres did the repair on my door. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what needed to be done and what it would cost before doing the repair. He worked efficiently and showed me what he had done when he was finished. The tech guy was very polite and very helpful. He was not just interested in making a quick sell. He was interested in providing the best option for me. Instead of replacing the door, he advised me to get it repaired and the repair work came with a 3 year warranty. I was very happy to go with Precision as doing so I saved hundreds of dollars. Precision is such an appropriate name for a business that dies ace work.

Absolutely excellent service. Our garage motor battery was replaced (it was beeping to let us know it needed changing) and our Precision garage door given routine maintenance. My call to Precision was made after checking on line for our area, reading the information and seeing that my phone call would be answered by a live person, 24/7. From the initial call to the finished repair, the customer service, was top of the line, and took less than three hours total. Precision is now on our speed dial.

This is the second time I have used Precision to service my garage door. The first time was when I first moved into my home and the garage door was not closing properly. They were able to quickly diagnose my problem (the rails were not in alignment) and corrected it very quickly. This time mice had chewed through the rubber striping at the bottom of the door. Again it was quickly and efficiently repaired. I'm a very satisfied customer.

My garage door wouldn't open. I called Precision who had installed the door. They were very responsive and sent a technician within a couple of hours. Rudy was great. He found the problem and fixed it. Then he did a thorough inspection. My door is as good as new now.

I called at 3:00 pm and the tech was at my house before 4:00 pm. He replaced a garage door opener and was finished before 5:00 pm. Tony was very personable and professional. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service.

Belt-drive opener was installed in 2011 & has been mostly trouble free. Strange graphite-looking streak just appeared on the outside center of the overhead door. Tony was dispatched for a look. First impression was something in the rail, but all was dry & no belt chunks or cuts seen. Tony hadn't ever seen a belt problem such as this, then took a good look at the door end of the rail and saw the cause: oil dripping from the center end of one spring. It could be a sealed bearing leak, or possibly Silicon lubricant that had been applied during February's tune-up. After Tony cleaned the oil off the spring and door, we decided to keep watch. If no more oily drips, no problem. If it recurs, then we'll replace the springs.

They were quick in responding to my trouble call. They completed the job in record time. In addition to installing a new opener they were also able to replace the coiled springs that were 20 years old on the spot.

Jeff Peres arrived at my house, at the scheduled time, to free my vehicle from a captive garage. Jeff immediately noticed the problem, a broken spring on the garage door. After a quick review of the whole situation, he explained to me the options. We settled on a quick, and possibly temporary fix, and he began the work. The garage door and opener were already installed when we purchased the house 21 years ago. The work was completed in a very timely manner. Jeff cleaned up the garage and lubricated the rollers and double checked that everything was working and proceeded to his next appointment. Jeff was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and Precision to anyone needed garage door attention.
