The problems that need attention were remote died and was not working, keypad was mounted on the wrong side of garage, remotes and keypad reprogrammed differently. Weatherseal torn and needed to be replaced. Precision’s tech Tyler A. is an outstanding employee. Besides the fact that he arrived an hour and a half early with permission, it only took him 45 minutes to complete all the tasks I requested. He gave 100% professionalism, completed the all task in a timely manner, and shown polite and appropriate mannerism. Tyler A. ?????????? Based on a great experience with Precision at previous house we asked them to come to see our current doors which we expected to replace. Kevin felt the doors were fine but recommended repairs to springs, rollers and new openers. Still a big expense but I appreciated there was no up-sell. He was very personable and helpful and got the work done professionally then and there in about 3 hours. Two problems. Dirty fingerprints were left on everything! The doors still had more snap crackle pop than I would have hoped but I have to admit they are 12 year old doors and tracks. But I think a little more attention to adjustments might have helped.

Not happy repair guy showed up I opened my garage he heard the squeaking and said it was from the rollers and we would need to replace them that was the only way to stop the squeaking. The garage door did not squeak before the first repair man Cory was here last Friday he said everything was good no issues. To have it to start squeaking two days later. Door is still squeaking and I am not replacing the rollers when they are still in good work order
