I will not EVER use any other garage door company than Precision. Tony was here two hours early, which is AWESOME, and fixed brackets that were coming off my door and not obviously allowing the door to open. Works like new. Took Tony no time to safety check and fix, and prices were great! He even changed our light bulb in the opener. Use them. You will be happy you did!!

Each crew member who works at Precision is fantastic. Today, for instance, Jeff stayed for hours working with me to find the best solution to our old and tricky door. It was hot in the garage but he remained cheerful and patient.

From the time when we called Precision Door after the spring broke ad we could not open and my wife's care was stuck in the Garage and the Technician arrived was approximately three hours. The technician took less than 1/2 an to fix the and then less than 1/2 hour to replace all the moving parts. We had purchased the door over ten years ago and the parts needed replacing. Everyone we talked to were very nice and the technician was well trained and was very knowledgeable and efficient beside being very pleasant and polite.
