It was a terrible feeling to think that our garage door would be open through the night and into the next day. Luckily I called Precision. The service man came early and did a fantastic job! I paid more for after hours but it was worth it!

On May14 2021 I needed service for my garage door which did not close anymore. I was promised that a service person would come at a certain time frame. The young man, Tony, did arrive promptly. After a brief discussion he went to work and repaired the garage door. Tony did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the work and in the timely manner he did it. I'm passing on your companies information to my neighborhood.

Josh and Tyler installed a new garage door and garage door opener at our home. They both worked efficiently and cleaned up any debris. Josh was very informative on setting up the new garage door opener and answered any other questions I presented to him. I give a 4 star rating because the original appt was 1 1/2 hour late. I understand work schedules can get behind due to circumstances.

The technician was very polite &professional. He explained how he would have to replace the springs because they were old & had served their purpose. He also mentioned that all the bearings also needed to be replaced. But he explained it using lay terms that an old lady like me would understand.
