I needed a roller and the door rehung on rails. Instead, tech recommended overhaul with new rollers, replacement hinge, and two new springs to replace old single spring. Package was a little expensive at $600, but he discouted the service fee and threw in the hinge for free. Door works great and now fairly quiet. Tech was friendly and skilled. Lifetime warranty and great service. Recommend these guys for sure.

One of the extension springs on my door failed (broke and launched itself across the garage!) and a repair was needed fast. Found Precision on "Google" and called the following day. Gary showed up exactly on time (he called 15 minutes beforehand), assessed the situation and offered a couple of different solutions. We opted for the Torsion Spring Upgrade, which replaced virtually all the moving parts, and included their outstanding warranty. Lorenzo called and asked if he could come early to the appointment, and of course I said yes. I showed him the noise the unit was making. He put some lubricant on the belt, which helped.
