Quick and reliable service. I called on Thursday evening, and the technician was at my house Friday morning. He gave me two options for fixing or replacing the opener. He was able to complete the repair on one door and lube the other door in less than 1.5 hours.

One of the extension springs on my door failed (broke and launched itself across the garage!) and a repair was needed fast. Found Precision on "Google" and called the following day. Gary showed up exactly on time (he called 15 minutes beforehand), assessed the situation and offered a couple of different solutions. We opted for the Torsion Spring Upgrade, which replaced virtually all the moving parts, and included their outstanding warranty. The repairs were done in less than an hour and we now have the quietest and smoothest operating door ever. Gary was throughly professional throughout, and a joy to talk with. He explained everything and answered all our questions. We will absolutely call again when we are ready for our next garage door work. Lorenzo called and asked if he could come early to the appointment, and of course I said yes. I showed him the noise the unit was making. He put some lubricant on the belt, which helped. He tightened the belt, and that eliminated the noise completely. It is now operating like new. Lorenzo got the job done quickly and professionally.

The spring busted on my garage door. The door would not open so my car was trapped in the garage. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and they could come out with in the hour. I was given several options on the repair. They explained everything clearly so that I was not confused about what needed to be done. 6 Stars!! When the spring broke on my garage door, I knew I needed to secure service quickly. Your website, with its informative videos, professional appearance and 24/7 service quickly got my attention. Within 24 hours Rudy arrived with his cheerful smile and efficient knowledge. Along with the door repair, Rudy explained the improved rollers (sealed bearings)which I chose to do. I inquired for a replacing of the bottom seal, and Rudy went above and beyond to assure the new seal was a good tight fit when closed-especially at the corners. I live in a rural area, so this is important with the variety of nature looking for shelter! I enjoyed visiting with Rudy about his family, camping, how long he has worked with you, and the best pizza in the region right here in Edgewood!
