I don't typically write reviews; however, this time I feel compelled to do so. I have had the best customer service experience. It started when I placed the call to the office yesterday. Sierra was extremely helpful-answering all my questions with patience & professionalism. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Gary Lang. He was early for his appointment (usually service people are late which is so annoying!). He explained everything before he started and after completion. He did not try to sell me something I did not want or could not afford. He listened, was patient, thorough and such a professional. He is truly an asset to your company. Excellent response time. Ryan fully explained our repair of which could not be done at this time. He also said when the door fails again Precision would replace it and he gave us an estimate. Quick and reliable service. I called on Thursday evening, and the technician was at my house Friday morning. He gave me two options for fixing or replacing the opener. He was able to complete the repair on one door and lube the other door in less than 1.5 hours.

One of the extension springs on my door failed (broke and launched itself across the garage!) and a repair was needed fast. Found Precision on "Google" and called the following day. Gary showed up exactly on time (he called 15 minutes beforehand), assessed the situation and offered a couple of different solutions. We opted for the Torsion Spring Upgrade, which replaced virtually all the moving parts, and included their outstanding warranty. The repairs were done in less than an hour and we now have the quietest and smoothest operating door ever. Gary was throughly professional throughout, and a joy to talk with. He explained everything and answered all our questions. We will absolutely call again when we are ready for our next garage door work. Lorenzo called and asked if he could come early to the appointment, and of course I said yes. I showed him the noise the unit was making. He put some lubricant on the belt, which helped. He tightened the belt, and that eliminated the noise completely. It is now operating like new. Lorenzo got the job done quickly and professionally.
