The job was done good by Rudy. Rudy's work is 5 star! I gave 4 star is because of the warranty time. When I called and was told a limited life time warranty, but the receipt was issued that just 90 days warranty for the parts and labor. It's a tremendous difference. Is that true?

Rudy outlined three (3) options during his visit and you selected the Good option which did include a 90-day warranty. The Better option included a 1-year warranty and the Best option included the Limited Lifetime warranty. The reason for the difference in warranty is due to the parts being replaced, or not replaced, and the impact they will have on the overall performance of the door. Unexpectedly, I found myself in a serious situation after discovering I was trapped inside of my garage and couldn't even open the door manually! A family friend had recently had some work done on their garage door and the quality/appearance of it was so nice, I asked for a recommendation and she gave me the contact info for Precision. Having scheduled replacement of two doors over a period of a few weeks, Craig, Ryan, Ruben and Tyler were exceptional life-savers! Their expertise and customer-oriented professionalism was amazing. Our technician, Ryan, was on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable. He immediately figured out the problem and said "Oh, that's an easy fix." He inspected, adjusted, and lubricated everything and had it back to working quickly. When asked about a (non-essential) part, he recommended we buy and install it ourselves to save money. He recommended regular inspection/maintenance we should do to prolong the life of the opener and was knowledgeable about life spans of openers and springs. Being an East Mountain neighbor, he was also familiar with the unique conditions in this area that could affect our door. We will definitely call Precision for future needs!

Good folks; answered my online inquiry immediately, got good advice on security measures, both consultation and installation took place exactly when, and how, they said it would, and they hauled the old door away, cleaned up the debris & showed me how to use the new lifter. Love the door; looks great & whisper quiet operation. Wish I had done this sooner.

The same technician who originally installed a new door system and new springs a few years ago came out on a very cold winter day did an awesome job of troubleshooting and fixing a strange problem. After trying several solutions, the issue was found with the wiring in the photo eyes of the door system. He was diligent in contacting the door system manufacturer for help, trying different solutions, replacing the wiring and splicing contacts, and making sure the problem was completely resolved before he left. I highly recommend them to fix any problem, in a prompt manner and with a customer-centered focus! This customer is definitely satisfied with a job well done!

Returning home from work late, at about 7PM I noticed something strange when my garage door opened. A closer inspection revealed that something was seriously wrong on one side, as the spring and some wires were hanging loosely off the top of the track. I did not dare close the door and immediately called Precision. The phone was answered right away (I knew the company offered 24 hour service) and the nice lady assured me that a technician would be coming within 1-3 hours. The technician came within 1 hour. The technician, Rudy, was very knowledgeable, and quickly recommended that I have a complete overhaul of all the moving parts of the garage door. I agreed with him, as it had been a while since this had been done. Rudy had the work done in less than an hour, and the door sounded like a new door after he had replaced the worn out parts and greased everything. My only question was about the price. I know that Rudy does not determine this. I found that the repair was a bit pricy, but am sure that it will all be explained when I get an itemized bill. I will definitely recommend this company, and I have used their services before. It is extremely reassuring knowing that I can get help no matter what crazy hour my garage door decides to crash!! I've had issues with my garage door after I messed it up years ago. Gary has been great, taking care of it, fixing current problems and taking care of what could be future problems. Freindly and courteous, he has done a great job and even takes the time to teach me for my own personal knowledge. I would recommend Gary to anyone asking about garage door service.
