I can't thank Ryan and Precision for fixing our garage door on February 1, 2016. My wife and I faced quiet the dilemna when our garage door would not open and we could not budge it to get our cars out. We called Precisions 24-hour phone number, talked to an actual human being at 9:00 PM on Sunday night, and got an appointment for the next day. Ryan called before he came and showed up right on time. He immediately diagnosed the problem of a broken spring. We could not open the door and since our vehicles were in the garage, Ryan had to work around them but in the end, he fixed the problem quickly. Prior to working on the project, he explained the situation, told me what he needed to do, and gave me a reasonable price quote. The cost was incredibly affordable considering the amount of work involved to replace the broken spring. Ryan was very personable and treated our home and garage with the utmost of respect. I will definitely recommend Precision and use them again should our garage door need servicing again. I'm glad they are here.

Did a good job repairing the door and explaining what he did and replacing frayed cables, showing me the old ones. I could not find the warranty on the original door but he told me to call the office if I did find it in case any part of the repair was covered by the warranty.

Lorenzo did a great job repairing our door (broken spring, worn rollers, leaking bearings). He called to ask if he could arrive earlier than the scheduled time, was courteous, explained the levels of warranty, and made sure I knew everything that was done and covered in the future. The job was done good by Rudy. Rudy's work is 5 star! I gave 4 star is because of the warranty time. When I called and was told a limited life time warranty, but the receipt was issued that just 90 days warranty for the parts and labor. It's a tremendous difference. Is that true?
I want to thank you for the feedback – it gave me an opportunity to review the “Good, Better, Best” estimate that was put together for you by Rudy. Rudy outlined three (3) options during his visit and you selected the Good option which did include a 90-day warranty. The Better option included a 1-year warranty and the Best option included the Limited Lifetime warranty. The reason for the difference in warranty is due to the parts being replaced, or not replaced, and the impact they will have on the overall performance of the door. Unexpectedly, I found myself in a serious situation after discovering I was trapped inside of my garage and couldn't even open the door manually! A family friend had recently had some work done on their garage door and the quality/appearance of it was so nice, I asked for a recommendation and she gave me the contact info for Precision. Having scheduled replacement of two doors over a period of a few weeks, Craig, Ryan, Ruben and Tyler were exceptional life-savers! Their expertise and customer-oriented professionalism was amazing. Our technician, Ryan, was on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable. He immediately figured out the problem and said "Oh, that's an easy fix." He inspected, adjusted, and lubricated everything and had it back to working quickly. When asked about a (non-essential) part, he recommended we buy and install it ourselves to save money. He recommended regular inspection/maintenance we should do to prolong the life of the opener and was knowledgeable about life spans of openers and springs. Being an East Mountain neighbor, he was also familiar with the unique conditions in this area that could affect our door. We will definitely call Precision for future needs!

Did a lot of research. Decided to give Precision a try based on the high ratings and good reviews. Good folks; answered my online inquiry immediately, got good advice on security measures, both consultation and installation took place exactly when, and how, they said it would, and they hauled the old door away, cleaned up the debris & showed me how to use the new lifter. Love the door; looks great & whisper quiet operation. Wish I had done this sooner.

The same technician who originally installed a new door system and new springs a few years ago came out on a very cold winter day did an awesome job of troubleshooting and fixing a strange problem. After trying several solutions, the issue was found with the wiring in the photo eyes of the door system. He was diligent in contacting the door system manufacturer for help, trying different solutions, replacing the wiring and splicing contacts, and making sure the problem was completely resolved before he left. I highly recommend them to fix any problem, in a prompt manner and with a customer-centered focus! This customer is definitely satisfied with a job well done!
