I found Precision on the internet and liked their professional website. I placed a call in the morning and received friendly service and a service time for that morning. My technician called and asked if he could come earlier, which I was really happy about. He came and did an awesome job and was very professional. He took his time to explain what really needed to be done. My door spring was broken, but once he did the maintenance on the door I was amazed at the difference the adjustments did. My door is so quiet now, runs great and I'm really happy with my experience. I will use Precision again and will recommend them to family and friends. Great customer service and quality work. We had Rudy install new garage door opener, springs, rollers, etc. for existing garage door. The old one was no longer functioning correctly and we decided to go for the entire repair recommended rather than just one or two items and then have it needing further replacements in the future. We purchased the warranty and had all functions fully explained and demonstrated. We are very happy with this experience. In the service performed below, we had more than a repair, since we replaced many parts......springs, rollers, remotes & keypad, belt drive garage door opener. We are happy.

Our garage door spring broke as the door was opening, rending the door inoperable. This was a Saturday morning. I quickly consulted Angie's List for garage door companies. Precision appeared to have the best reviews so I called. Craig came out within 2 hours to fix. He was very professional and clearly described our options. Excellent experience!

Same day service. Opener broke on 4th of July weekend and I didn't want my car sitting outside. Called a little before 9 am and technician (Ryan) was there by 9:45. Inspected the whole system, explained what was broken, and made recommendations for replacement. Ryan was very upfront about costs, and offered a generous discount. He said work would be done in about an hour and it was. All in all I was very pleased with Precision, and especially impressed with Ryan's professionalism.

So far, I would rate the company a 5 out of 5. They were early, updated me and very surprisingly, did not try to oversell a product. I also like that the estimates are all inclusive. You don't get one price for the door and then labor and etc added on. Just the tax. Very refreshing! Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I can think of!
