Because our door was at least 50 years old and because your product is very good, we decided to go with the new door instead of repair. Awesome service!!! We crunched our garage about 6:45 PM. By 8:00 P.M. Rudy had arrived and he was able to raise the door enough so we could get our car out of the garage. Then, he brought the door down and secured it so that we were safe. He was also able to help us with the purchase of a new door and explained our options. It will be here in a day and a half. He was so prompt and courteous. We were really impressed!

I needed to have my garage door repaired as it was having problems on opening. I was told that the rollers could be replaced but that wouldn't solve my real problem which was the door itself. So I went ahead with a new door. Within several days they arrived to install my new door. It has worked very well ever since.
