Our garage door spring broke Saturday evening, I took to the internet in search of a garage door repair company, I found Precision Door Service. I placed a call to Precision Door Service, within 5 minutes they had us scheduled for Sunday. The technician Robert arrived promptly at 10:00 am, he went right to work assessing the damage, and after the assessment we were given three options for the repair. Robert was very courteous, very knowledgeable about the work to be performed; he answered our question about the repair. We pick an option and about 30 later minutes the door was repaired. Precision Door Service is a company that know how to take care of their customers, I can highly recommend Precision Door Service for your garage door repair.

There is no selection for garage door maintenance, so I selected repair. Anyway Rudy arrived at the house and took care of the maintenance in a very professional manner and cleaned up after he was done. He is a very knowledgeable tech and answered my questions to my satisfaction.

The service we received from Gary was excellent. He was professional and very courteous. The additional techs (Ruben and Tyler) that Gary called in to assist were just as pleasant to work with. My husband and I have used Precision in the past and will continue to use them in the future. We recommend them highly.

Same day service! Rudy gave me all of the options and gave me my options and pros and cons. He also told me that while my garage door opener was still functional and needed an rotor, the unit was 10 years old and was likely to give out in the next few years. I decided to replace the unit and it is far more functional and quieter!

Rudy was our service provider and answered all my dumb questions and he even spoke to my son on the phone. He did a great job, he was very personable and helpful. Would call again for service if need be.

Catherine and I are first time home owners. Our garage doors needed maintenance. Through the internet, I came across Overhead Garage "Precision" Door Service. First and foremost, the receptionist at the other end was well informed. She sent Will, the technician, who gave me the best lecture in my adult life. Will can sell an ice to an Eskimo. At the end of our conversation, I fell in love with Precision. Your team ROCKS well. Please, keep up the greatest service on earth. I shall continue to tell the world about Precision and Will. Will gets a ten star.
