This is the second time Rudy has come out and fix my door. The first time was to install a new opener and the second time was to fix a broken spring. Rudy is very professional and gets right to work. I will always request Rudy if I ever need a garage door serviced.

Awesome service!!! We crunched our garage about 6:45 PM. By 8:00 P.M. Rudy had arrived and he was able to raise the door enough so we could get our car out of the garage. Then, he brought the door down and secured it so that we were safe. He was also able to help us with the purchase of a new door and explained our options. It will be here in a day and a half. He was so prompt and courteous. We were really impressed!

I needed to have my garage door repaired as it was having problems on opening. I was told that the rollers could be replaced but that wouldn't solve my real problem which was the door itself. So I went ahead with a new door. Within several days they arrived to install my new door. It has worked very well ever since.

I was amazed that upon calling Precision, they scheduled me for an appointment within an hour! Rudy did a great job explaining possible solutions by repairing our current ancient garage door versus replacing it. I had already made up my mind that I want a new door and Rudy was very patient as my partner and I duked it out over what to do. Long story short, we're getting a new door with a wood-toned finish AND an opener, which we don't currently have. I HIGHLY recommend using this company!!!

Definitely a 5+! We've put up with a noisy garage door for several years...been told by another company that "this kind of door is just noisy".
