The spring on our garage door broke on a Sunday evening. I called several garage door repair companies to leave a message in hopes they would call me Monday morning. I was surprised when your company answered and it was a real person. She said she could have a technician at my house at 8:00 AM. The technician called before arrival and was at my house at 8:00. He was very polite and explained exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. He was done in less than an hour. He showed me the work done and tested the door. Very pleased with the work. I was amazed that upon calling Precision, they scheduled me for an appointment within an hour! Rudy did a great job explaining possible solutions by repairing our current ancient garage door versus replacing it. I had already made up my mind that I want a new door and Rudy was very patient as my partner and I duked it out over what to do. Long story short, we're getting a new door with a wood-toned finish AND an opener, which we don't currently have. I HIGHLY recommend using this company!!!

Definitely a 5+! We've put up with a noisy garage door for several years...been told by another company that "this kind of door is just noisy". I scheduled through Angie's List and choose Precision due to their reputation and great offer of quiet garage door rollers and bearing replacement, etc. I'd asked for an early appointment and Gary was here right at 8:00 am. We couldn't be happier with the results...everything done as advertised and Gary even found some smaller items that needed fixing or adjusting and took care of those. Rudy Vallejos was our tech. He arrived earlier than expected -- and that's good. He was very professional, told me what was wrong, gave me several options, and proceeded. He was not hard sell which I appreciated. He was honest. He finished in record time. I would definitely ask for him again (although I hope not soon)! The fact that you are 24/7 was a definite plus. He did a complete overhaul and explained to me the benefits of doing that. Rudy's a keeper.

Mr. Gary Lang replaced a new garage door opener among other items. He also fixed the code in our Buick to use the opener. Gary was very professional, polite and very knowledge in his job. The spring on my garage door broke on a Friday and I was unable to open my garage door and my car was inside the garage! I asked my boyfriend to call around and he stated no one was open on the weekend. Frustrated on Sunday I looked online and found Precision and called. I had called another company before I called yours and they promised to call me back shortly....That was 4 hours ago and still no call. When I didn't receive a call within 15 minutes I called you. You were prompt and professional, and I received a call from Gary within 15 minutes and within another 10 minutes he was here. He was professional, courteous, and wasted no time in fixing the spring on the door to PRECISION and explaining all that he did to my complete satisfaction. After researching online and in the local phone book it was clear to me that Precision was who I wanted to use to repair my garage door opener. I was very impressed by the feature in the ads that introduced the service techs and included photos. It gave me a sense of being able to trust the tech who would be coming to my home and it told me that the company values providing true customer service. As a woman who lives alone, like a number of my friends and neighbors, it is always a bit uncomfortable to have a stranger coming into my home. Especially with out having any history with the company. I felt comfortable about having Rudy come to my house and even more so after I met him in person.
