I called in this morning with a broken spring and a tech was sent out this afternoon. Lorenzo fixed our broken spring, rehabbed our door and updated our opener. Lorenzo was technically proficient, professional and very helpful in setting up our new system. He gets 5 stars.

We were very happy with Lorenzo who installed our new garage door opener. We had purchased a garage door from precision garage door a few years back and we’re extremely happy with it. Tony Acker did a wonderful job installing a new garage door opener to replace our 27 year old opener. I was glad that he was able to install a brand new opener right then and there after figuring out that there was no way to repair the existing one. He was in and out quickly and everything was left nice and neat. The new opener is very quiet and has a lot of new features. We have done business with Precision several times now and they have never disappointed us in service or quality. Excellent company to do business with.
