Lorenzo from Precision came out to work on our old garage system. He was able to install two new systems with controllers and sensors during the afternoon, despite some unique challenges. Precision and Lorenzo were both courteous and professional. I highly recommend them both. Thank you for a great job.

Several of our friends recommended Precision Garage Door Service, and now we will be recommending Precision, too! We are extremely happy with our new garage doors and with the level of service and professionalism provided by Precision. Prior to technicians arriving to provide estimates or service, Precision texted a photo and short bio of each person, which made us feel much safer. Every interaction, whether in person or over the phone was pleasant and friendly. Best of all, they gave us an honest and thorough estimate without using high-pressure sales tactics. That alone won our loyalty, and the excellent service was a nice bonus. We will definitely use Precision in the future for garage door maintenance, and we have already recommended them to friends and neighbors. If only every home repair project went so smoothly. Thank you so much!

I was so impressed with the ease and speed of Precision Garage Door's response to my request for help with an aging garage door. I called on Tuesday afternoon, and the very next morning their representative showed up at the scheduled time. His name was Lorenzo, and he was courteous, clear in explaining what was going wrong, and said he could fix it right then because he had all of the needed supplies on his truck. He gave me an estimate, then got right to work, and a couple of hours later my garage door works better than it ever has!!! I am a very happy customer who would recommend Precision Garage Door service to anyone. Frank Fair

Our old\noisy garage door opener finally stopped working. Called Precision Doors for servicing and they sent a tech (Frankie) out that afternoon. He thoroughly inspected all mechanical aspects of the garage door and opener and presented a very reasonable estimate for a new belt drive opener and door repair with no pressure to upsell the service. He was on-time and finished within a few hours. Excellent service, thanks Frankie!

Frankie the tech was GREAT. MY PROBLEM is with Genie. This is the second opener that had to be changed out due to defective (plastic) gear that broke inside the opener. I would have paid the extra $ for more robust openers.

He leveled the torsion tube, replaced the torsion springs, replaced the bearings/rollers, installed a new opener in an hour and 45 min. Tony was professional and quick. Thank you!
