Work performed on my garage door was done very professionally by Lorenzo. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing and was also very pleasant to deal with. I wanted a new strip installed on the bottom of the door to prevent bugs/spiders coming in as much as possible and after seeing that the main springs, which were getting old and were rusty, decided to have new ones put in. The door opens beautifully now and is super quiet. All in all I am very happy with the service and quality of the workmanship I received. Thank you!

I called Percision this morning because my garage door would not open. THey sent out a technican Frankie L. to check on the problem in less than an hour. Frankie came in and saw the problem in about 1 min and explained to me what had happen. Then we talked about what was needed to complete the job and he also took care of some other issues to keep my garage door running smoothly and he even set my remote to work in my car. Love that idea in case I forget my remote I have one in the car. He was very friendly and professional. He did the work as he stated that needed to be done and did not try to pick out things I didn't need. I appreciate that in a good business company. Me and my mom are both happy.

When both elderly garage door springs snapped (i.e. sprung apart), everything that needed replacing was replaced and as good as new the very next day. Mr. Michael Glenn came and inspected my double car garage door because it was making a horrible popping sound, the result of metal panels on the sectional door rubbing excessively on each other. He clearly explained what was going on with the door(20 years old) and made a few adjustments to help improve the situation, though he was unable to provide me with a long term solution. Unfortunately, the door needs to be replaced. HIs explanation was clear and obvious as he showed me the problems the door had. I appreciate his insight and felt he was a very honest person.

Excellent! On Friday, I had maintenance scheduled with another company for Sunday morning. I received a last-minute call telling me they couldn't make it. I called Precision approximately 9:30 am and was told they could have someone dispatched by 10:00 AM. Shortly after 10:00 I received a call from the technician notifying me he would arrive in about 20 minutes. James M. arrived when expected and very expertly and efficiently accomplished the necessary repair. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and James M. in particular!
