First call was late on Friday night when I had accidently backed into the door damaging it enough that it would not close. Rudy responded quickly, calling me back within 10 minutes to let me know what time he would arrive. He was able to repair the door enough to get it closed and helped me select a replacement door. He showed up at the appointed time to install the replacement and quickly removed the old door and installed the new one. He was friendly and professional at all times.

I want to apologize for any confusion regarding your service call charge. Our call center is instructed to explain that the service fee is for our technician to drive out to the customer's home and perform a very detailed 25-point safety inspection, review this information with the customer, and then determine what, if any, work will be performed. We record each customer call for training purposes and I had an opportunity to listen to your call. I apologize that the call center did not explain that if you decided the estimate to repair was too high that you would still be required to pay the service call charge.

Max was very professional and did not try to take advantage of the situation. My garage door was kicked in during an attempted burglary. He could have easily told me to replace the entire door. Instead, he reinforced my door and it is working great. He saved my $1,000! Thank you Max!!

I chose Precision because they did not charge extra for weekend service. The tech installed new springs, rollers and sprockets and lubricated everything and was finished in 45 minutes. The garage door now works like new.

Your 24 hour emergency service line in your yellow pages ad caught my attention in particular. You managed to send timely help even though it was mid-PM. The service was subsequently performed beautifully by Rudy and Adam -- both excellent representatives of your company -- personable, professional and skilled. Complete garage door overhaul. This included springes, rollers, all new bearings and cables. Also installed new garage door opener with new mounting rail and hook. Added saftey eyes. Garage door would not open with or without a remote. I could not get my car out of the garage. Called the company Saturday morning and got an appointment the same day. The technician called and arrived early. Gary went over the problem and gave me estimates. Said the parts had a lifetime guarantee. I opted for the overhaul and a new door opener. Pricey but well worth it. The door opens and closes quietly now. I am happy. Gary answered all my questions and concerns satisfactorly and in a professional manner. I recommend this company highly.
