My garage door was stuck in the up position. I had no idea what was wrong with it. Lorenzo came and knew what was wrong in an instant! He explained what needed to be done, which parts needed replacement and how he would do it. I was impressed by his expertise and professionalism. Had the job done in about 1 and 1/2 hours- expensive, but guaranteed for life and I felt it was really quality work!

Our garage door rollers and cable came off the tracks on Friday evening and we had one of your technicians at our home by 10 am Saturday to fix the problems. We were presented three options and repair work was completed by noon on Saturday. We appreciated weekend service with no extra charge, having your phone number answered by a real person, and getting a friendly and professional technician (Gary) who was on time, knew what he was doing and fixed the garage door. I wasn't expecting the bill to be as much as it was when I called, but I have to admit that for once I didn't resent writing such a fat check because I felt having a lifetime warranty on work that was done right the first time was worth it.

I called Precision because one of my two garage doors stopped working. Lorenzo took the service call. He explained my options clearly and provided reasonable pricing. I was so pleased with the upgraded garage door opener that he installed, that I asked him to look at my other garage door opener, which was working, although balky at times. He made a suggestion to replace the 20-year old garage door opener with an entirely different kind of opener. His suggestion was so perfectly suited to my slightly unusual garage configuration that I chose to do the additional replacement as well. I am happy with the results, delighted with the improved mechanisms and drastically reduced noise, and satisfied with the price. Lorenzo was prompt, clear, careful, and neat. I will be a repeat customer and I am very happy with both new garage door openers.
