We needed emergency repair on our broken garage door spring as we couldn't get the door open. We called after hours and got an appt. scheduled for the next afternoon. The technician, David Yaleh, arrived on time (called first), was friendly and knowledgeable and finished the repair in under two hours. Very pleased!

After more than one unhappy service experience with the seller/installer of my garage door, I was cautious after arranging an appointment with Precision Garage Door. However, I need not to have worried. My technician was Lorenzo and he did a fabulous job. First of all, he is very personable. He explains thoroughly how he is going to approach the situation, gives you multiple, detailed options for solution and the pros (and any limitations) of each, and then walks you through all the work completed. The end result was my door was functioning (first objective!), performs quieter than I thought possible, and I'm confident in both my door and any service I might ever need in the future. My only regret is that Precision Garage Door doesn't service Rio Arriba County for my other garage!

Everything you read in these positive reviews is accurate. Although my home is slightly outside the normal working radius of this company, they had somebody at my house in less than 24 hours. Lorenzo was our technician, and he was friendly, professional, and very informative. I did end up buying a new garage door, as ours had been hit by a car. It could have been limped along for a while, but I felt like the quote for the new door was quite reasonable. The follow-up communication from the company was efficient and informative. I never had to wonder about the status and progress of this job.

On this call you were also made aware of the service fee for the Santa Fe area to drive to your location and inspect your door. Upon this inspection, the technician found that there was no power supplied to your opener (regardless of model). Our technicians come to each home with fully-stocked trucks to service almost any garage door need. Our service fee is competitively priced and allows us to offer quality service to our customers at the time of their need. I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your experience.
