I called Precision because one of my two garage doors stopped working. Lorenzo took the service call. He explained my options clearly and provided reasonable pricing. I was so pleased with the upgraded garage door opener that he installed, that I asked him to look at my other garage door opener, which was working, although balky at times. He made a suggestion to replace the 20-year old garage door opener with an entirely different kind of opener. His suggestion was so perfectly suited to my slightly unusual garage configuration that I chose to do the additional replacement as well. I am happy with the results, delighted with the improved mechanisms and drastically reduced noise, and satisfied with the price. Lorenzo was prompt, clear, careful, and neat. I will be a repeat customer and I am very happy with both new garage door openers.

A service rep got here about an hour after I called the company, on a Saturday. He repaired the problem in about 30 minutes. The charge as reasonable. The same company replaced the garage door last year with the same efficiency. I am very happy with this company.

Precision always comes through. We've needed several visits since we bought our older home 3 years ago. Always call ahead with arrival time, diagnose quickly and make complete repairs. Today was for a malfunctioning door remote and excessive noise.. Lorenzo (who has been here before) showed excellent salesmanship and his usual technical ability. Noise and remote problems gone because we have a new motor and bearings and the door is lubed. He even reprogrammed remotes for us. Cannot beat it!

Fixed problem and went on to check out both garage door systems. Suggested we replace weather seal on one door - which definitely needed it - so we had him replace it. Our ancient garage door opener was malfunctioning: sometimes it didn't open, sometimes it wouldn't close, and finally it was opening and closing on its own all day long. I wanted a company with an excellent reputation (and 24/7 service) to come out and see what was wrong. Lorenzo arrived at 10:00 sharp (yes, I was impressed by his promptness) and he clearly explained everything wrong with our garage door opener, including its having an old (and inadequate HP) motor. Lorenzo replaced the system and took the time to explain its many features. I wish all companies, and all service technicians, were this competent and professional!

After more than one unhappy service experience with the seller/installer of my garage door, I was cautious after arranging an appointment with Precision Garage Door. However, I need not to have worried. My technician was Lorenzo and he did a fabulous job. First of all, he is very personable. He explains thoroughly how he is going to approach the situation, gives you multiple, detailed options for solution and the pros (and any limitations) of each, and then walks you through all the work completed. The end result was my door was functioning (first objective!), performs quieter than I thought possible, and I'm confident in both my door and any service I might ever need in the future. My only regret is that Precision Garage Door doesn't service Rio Arriba County for my other garage!
