Completed the work expertly, efficiently and with the utmost courtesy. I am very pleased with the new opener--it has a brighter light, is very quiet and can be connected to the smart phone. I have had Precision Garage Door of Albuquerque service our garage door for over 15 years now. I keep going back to them because they have consistently provided exemplary work and I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair and maintenance. They are efficient, professional, competent, respectful, friendly, and helpful. I recently had them do some routine maintenance on our old, creaking garage door - James showed up right on time, assessed everything and got to work. Everything was taken care of effectively and efficiently. I really like how Precision sent me text messages informing who and when they would arrive, as well as, the email with the detailed invoice. I had a lifetime warranty item which they installed several years ago, and they took care of it - it's nice to work with a company with integrity that stands by their word. I also appreciated that I was able to get a hold of somebody at Precision by phone immediately, and they were able to get out to my house as soon as I needed them. Thanks for the great work!

I called in this morning with a broken spring and a tech was sent out this afternoon. Lorenzo fixed our broken spring, rehabbed our door and updated our opener. Lorenzo was technically proficient, professional and very helpful in setting up our new system. He gets 5 stars.
